Carmine’s brings that old-school Italian charm the second you sit down. Red-checkered tables, warm lighting, and the kind of kitchen smells that let you know you’re in the right place.
The spaghetti and meatballs were exactly what I hoped for – big, hearty meatballs, plenty of sauce, and that nostalgic “family dinner” flavor. Comfort food executed well.
The garlic knots were soft, warm, and covered with just the right amount of parmesan, paired with a marinara that tastes homemade. Solid starter.
The pizza was a standout: crisp crust, fresh toppings, and great balance. You can tell they actually care about the ingredients.
Service was friendly, food was hot, and the whole place has that “local favorite” feel. Carmine’s is an easy recommendation if you want simple, honest, flavorful Italian comfort.
Would definitely come back.

The wife and I like new pizza experiences, but when we found out that the owner of Carmine’s is the former owner of Villa Pizza we expected a lot from the pizza at Carmine’s.
We were not disappointed, the pizza was great and the cannolis are tasty too. We also got an order of chicken parm to go, which we had the next day for lunch and it was tasty as well. All the locations are far from us, but for great pizza we are willing to make the drive. Enjoy everyone!

We came here on New Year’s Eve with our family of 9. The staff were incredibly friendly. Super attentive with a smile!! Everyone loved their pizzas. Thin and crispy crust with good flavors. We really enjoyed it. Noah was an amazing server!

It is a smaller restaurant so seating is limited, but the food is absolutely delicious. Their Italian flag pizza and their garlic knots were so good but the star of my show was the spinach roll. So packed with spinach and garlic and cheese. Just spectacular.

I have known Carmine for years and it doesn’t surprise me that this wouldn’t be good. He and his family take great pride in their restaurants. Went to lunch here last week with my gal pals and it was wonderful. Prices are very reasonable and my pizza was awesome. They offer a lunch special of 2 slices of cheese pizza with a drink for $7.99. Add in a nice sized salad for $2 and you have a filling meal for $10. I added 2 toppings ($.75/each for both slices) and I had to use my hand and a fork to hold each slice so my toppings would not fall off. They definitely don’t skimp with them. We will definitely be back. Claudia our server was also very nice, and since it was our first visit, they threw in an order of garlic knots at no charge. That’s good customer service and they were very good. You have to check this place out.

After reading about Carmine’s in the January 29, 2026 issue of Las Vegas Weekly, my brother and I had an opportunity to check out the American Pacific location in Henderson this evening. By far, it is the best pizza we have ever had. Everything that we read in the article was true. Fresh ingredients on a perfectly baked thin crust. The appetizer of meatballs was also fantastic. Noah, our waiter, welcomed us and gave great customer service with a smile. To Brooklyn born Carmine and his family, two Bronx born Navy Desert Storm veterans thank you for one great Monday night dinner and 50 years of great pizza and more in Las Vegas and Henderson. We will be coming again and again to try other items on the menu with family, friends,co-workers and anticipation. May you have 50 times 50 more years!

I can’t believe it took me this long to finally step foot into this establishment. Food and service was phenomenal. We will be back! And its not too far of a drive for me so that’s a plus! They have lunch specials from 11 am to 4 pm. I can’t wait to come back for dinner. So many pasta and pizza options.

I recently visited this restaurant and was blown away by the wings! What really made the experience exceptional was our server, Claudia. She was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, and offering helpful recommendations. Her friendly demeanor and excellent service truly enhanced our dining experience. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re a wing lover and appreciate great service!
