Upon entering, I was immediately was greeted and pleasant conversation while describing each pizza. The customer service was so unexpected and honestly refreshing. The pizza was delicious. I would definitely recommend coming here. The place has a great atmosphere for it too.

Horrible experience with the manager. Ordered veggie pizza which by default supposed to be various veggies with cheese but we got broccoli and spinach with white sauce. Instead of red. When called, we were told to bring it the pizza back and speak to Manager. Manager gave the new pizza with veggie that included jalapeno and bit of green peppers. Not only he was simply unapologetic and did not admit it was a mistake rather told me that you have to pay for new pizza and other guy took old pizza back in the kitchen later to realize that I had to pay for new and old pizza. For reference this is how typical veggie pizza looks across the world. Not ordering anymore from carmine in Chester Springs PA anymore. We did not eat wrong pizza and paid for nothing. No modesty , humility and courtesy dealing with the customers by manager.

I was traveling through the area and found Carmines and I am happy that I did. I walked in and was greeted right away, the place brought me back to my childhood days when you would walk into a restaurant and get the homey feeling… the dining room even smelled clean! I ordered a Pizza Steak because I like the sauce on my cheesesteaks and it was great! The bread was fresh, the steak was good quality and the sauce and cheese didn’t miss a beat either. The staff was genuinely wholesome and they put out good food which almost every restaurant fails to do. I left out of this place with an $11 bill which is also unheard of these days! I will be returning.

Popped in for a slice the other day. Pizza tasted good and at a decent price as well. Atmosphere was bustling and lively, would come again to sit and eat.
One feedback though, why would you close Sundays? Specially considering it’s football season and people often order pizza.

Me and my family have been ordering here for years and we’ve never had a problem with the food. I recently ordered pizza on November 9th and there was a piece of metal baked into one of the pizzas. I called the place and told the manager because it was a hazard and was very polite on the phone. He said he could issue me a refund. I sent pictures of the pizza and he said he would look into it as well. I followed up a week later and he said he could only give me credit for another pizza from there. I am uncomfortable ordering from there and just wanted a refund for the two pizzas we had bought. He said he could only send a check and had to check with the owner and there was no further follow-up or refund issued and there was only an apology by text by the manager. I don’t really think it’s ok to serve something that’s dangerous to someone, not apologize and take money for that either.

I have to say that I have been going here since 2017 because my company is located next door. I always find that an Army of staff is always there helping customers. The entire pizza is recommended after buying 3 or more slices. I have tried mostly every single menu item by now and there is never a disappointment or an issue. The cooks, wait staff and cashier are all so kind. Service with a smile for sure

If you like pizza and live in the Chester Springs area, or you’re just passing thru, this is the place to get your fix of a slice, or a pie or any other of their delicious offerings. Everything is made to order with fresh ingredients. The dining area is casual, read as not pretentious, full menu to choose from to entertain your tastebuds. The staff is friendly, and the service quick. If I am in the araea this is my go to for good “eatin”. If you don’t know, you better ask somebody, or just trust this review. : )
