Hands down, the best birria tacos around. Every bite tastes fresh, authentic, and thoughtfully prepared. You can truly tell they use quality, organic ingredients and stay true to traditional Mexican flavors. This is Mexican food the way it was meant to be—rich, comforting, and unforgettable. Where do I begin…their food is AMAZING, customer service was fantastic, and the mango drink is one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. I will definitely be back soon. I got the three taco plate with rice and beans. Please give this food truck a try if you haven’t already.

Stopped by to pump gas and got curious about the food truck next door. Glad I decided to try it! Burrito de asada was so yummy. It was a good size and wrapped well. Made it the perfect lunch for my drive. Would come back in a heartbeat. Also their agua de limón tasted freshly made unlike most places nowadays.

The food is delicious! I got the birria tacos, pastor taco and the queso nachos. Everything is amazing, however, I had to give 4 stars because the menu states the pastor taco has pineapple but I didn’t have any pineapple on mine. Other than that, great food and fast service

Birria burrito was on POINT, ain’t going to lie, lemon water was good too. Going back some other time to try some more item on the menu. If you rollin thru buisness hwy 287, I suggest stopping here to grab some food. You won’t regret it.

Wow!! The food is amazing. Had lunch there yesterday and today. If you go there for the first time and can’t decide… just ask for a mix of 5 street tacos. Or try the steak burrito! What ever you get, you can’t go wrong. I could eat there every day!!
