I intentionally waited a year to leave a review so I could get a true feel for this place, and I’m so glad I did. Recently, Carmella’s started offering sit-down restaurant service, and the food is absolutely incredible. As an Italian-American from Brooklyn, I’m notoriously picky about my Italian food, but Carmella’s transported me right back to the old neighborhood. Their Chicken Piccata is out of this world, so delicious that I’ve already been back twice just to order it again. Between the amazing wine selection, the gourmet market offerings, and the incredibly welcoming staff, this is exactly what our neighborhood needed. Do yourself a favor and get dinner here tonight!

We came in for dinner, the night before we fly back to Massachusetts, because nobody wanted to do any more dishes and pizza sounded good. We were greeted and seated immediately, and our server Addy came to take a drink order right away. She was incredibly patient with my indecision with the beer options and allowed us enough time for me to choose. We ended up ordering the large Moneyball, the Cacio e Pepe cauliflower, and a Caesar salad. The salad had a nice light dressing and crisp lettuce, pairing perfectly with the delicious pizza. The cauliflower was tender and flavorful. We loved the pizza. The meatballs were thinly sliced, crust was crisp, and the ricotta was creamy and slightly sweet. My wife is picky when it comes to pizza and we would definitely return next time we’re in town.
After a meal, don’t forget to browse the market. The miso caramel banana pudding was unique and I’d love to try their cannoli cake sometime. Nice local beer selection too. Now to book another trip to Denver…

I love this place!
It’s pretty consistent which is a wonderful feature when it comes to great pizza!
Their crust is amazing and they’ll do just about anything you ask to your pie!
And if you’re wondering, the large is a 30% better value if you eat the crust!
I’d add a photo but we eat it hot and there’s never any leftovers!

Needed a quick dinner tonight and stopped by Carmella’s. Grabbed a slice of pizza for the kiddo and a salad for myself – while waiting I spotted cannolis and they filled them fresh right in front of us! This is such a gem in our area and just wanted to express my gratitude. I feel like I’ve been there several times and have barely scratched the surface of all that they offer!

I was there for a quick lunch with friends and it was great! The shining star to Carmella’s is their take home food and catering! I traveled from 45 minutes away to pick up their bolognese lasagna after I had taken a small serving of it there. Joe, the catering manager, is the kindest and easiest person to work with. He is clearly dedicated to not only fabulous food, but taking care of his customers! Bravo!!

Earlier in the week, I haphazardly invited some friends over to my place after doing some volunteer work together during the weekend. Then I remembered I had to offer food to be a decent host lol ♀️. I live within walking distance of Carmella’s, and ordered the charcuterie that’s feeds 4-6 people (it’s the white 9×13 tray in the middle of the grazing tray shown). Ordered online the night before, picked it up around lunchtime, and served it to my guests, who were all blown away by how delicious it was!! Worth the money and will definitely be ordering another for future gatherings at my home!!

We love Carmella’s, and appreciate the thought and care that is taken as they evolve. The menu and dining area have both expanded considerably since they opened. The food is excellent – high quality ingredients and perfect execution. The restaurant is extremely clean and the staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Also love the convenience of Pearl Market. This is an amazing addition to the neighborhood!

This is the go to spot for our family! Dining in is a great experience (my kids always beg for ice cream too), this is also a great spot for morning breakfast and coffee meetings and we love that we can swing by quickly for grab and go items like meatballs, lasagna and chicken parmesan. And wine!
We are Italian and former New Yorkers so we are picky about our Italian food, especially pizza, but Carmella’s nails it. We’ve yet to have a meal from here that we haven’t loved. And the staff is great too!

Carmella’s is a fantastic addition to the area! We’ve tried many things but the chicken parm and money ball pizza are our favs! My kids love the ice cream selection and love ordering from the outside window!
We’ve had breakfast inside, but our favorite is dinner on the patio while the kids run free across the street in the field or the splash river.

Such a great addition to the neighborhood and they get better and better as time goes by! I love their high quality charcuterie boards for events, biking with my family to get ice cream, and they even handled our huge party of 15 for dinner beautifully last week. The new short rib dish is to die for- can’t wait to go again. Also, very grateful for how involved and charitable they are to our local schools! I hope they continue to thrive as they are a huge asset to our neighborhood 🙂
