We visited the restaurant on Mother’s Day, taking advantage of their available outdoor seating on a pleasant weather day. Unfortunately, the servers seemed disorganized and were running around without clear purpose. Consequently, we had to call someone over to start our order. Our assigned server appeared tired and drowsy, displaying no enthusiasm for his work. In fact, he openly expressed being overworked and exhausted. Despite this, he took our order but frequently forgot items, requiring us to remind him. Although he apologized for the oversights, his overall service was clumsy and lacking. On the positive side, the food was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite, from the flavorful salmon and crab cakes to the delightful puffy bread and even the initial bread they served us. The pizza was particularly delicious. However, we were surprised to find an additional charge of $3 per dish for not ordering from the Mother’s Day menu. The desserts were also delectable. While we appreciated the quality of the food, it would have been a truly wonderful experience had the service been up to par.

I visited Carlucci’s recently, and it was a phenomenal experience. The staff were super welcoming and kind. The options of food on the menu were endless, and mostly everything is customizable if you wanted to add or change any of the dishes. My favorite dish was the garlic bread they give the table after you place your order and the rice balls. Beyond yummy – just thinking about it, my mouth is watering!!

The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because the server was nice, not accommodating, just nice. As someone who is familiar with Italian food, I was looking forward to possibly finding a gem with this one and unfortunately that was far from what happened. The soup was ehhh, could have been out of a can and the Pizza was good extremely dry. I could not tell until a bit in because it was covered in arugula and low quality The prosciutto, (the kind thats cut think and is chewy) I couldn’t even finish it. I asked if they could simply add cheese to it, they said no. I’m not sure if the waitress was not allowed or if she even tried but if I were her I would’ve offered to bring out a different pizza. You can see in the photo how dry and cheese-less that pizza was. I’ve had better food at Olive Garden and Spanish owned pizzerias in Trenton… I hate to waste food, so I went home and fixed it myself in four minutes by simply adding some fresh cheese to the top, taking off the mountain of arugula and putting it in the oven for all of 3 mins. The ambience of the restaurant is OK and honestly, if the food was better, this could be a great place. They had a nice outside area.

I haven’t been to Carlucci’s since the pandemic. I was extremely pleased to find the quantity and quality hasn’t diminished. I had a delicious entree of pocket pasta, shrimp, scallops, lump crabmeat, pieces of asparagus in a pink sauce.

Food was delicious & staff was very friendly. From appetizers to dessert it was all delicious unfortunately since last time being there it’s changed & very disappointing. Had the special & it only came with 2 scallops & 3 shrimp with very little crabmeat! Asked manager about it & was told its counted! $30 for that. Felt rushed & not happy at all! Had a table that was wobbly & told waiter & he just looked at us & walked away! Never again

Me and my friends went to this Italian restaurant last Saturday. It was a great time we had there. Food is so delicious hospitality was so good. Place is very clean. I’m not familiar with Italian food but my friends knew them well. So they ordered delicious dinner. I had a sea food pasta. Oh it was so delicious. We had lots of them. Thank you guys we really enjoyed your food. We will come again. Wish you all the best..!

The atmosphere was so beautiful and elegant. The service and the waiters are so kind, informative and friendly. You can tell they want you to have the best experience. The food was Chef’s Kiss!!!! We got the puffing bread which was a must and all the pastas are delicious! We will definitely be back!
