This post is based on takeout. Got the Pizza Bianca. The pizza was falling apart and wasn’t cut all the way through. The pizza felt rushed, tasted raw and was not well done. Hopefully next time will be better but not this wasn’t worth the price. Looking at other reviews/photos the pizza looks much better so I’m not sure what happened to our order.

For the record, I have been ordering delivery, take out and eating in at Carlucci’s Express for nearly a decade. Living in Yardley Carlucci’s Express has been a staple of good quality pizza, wings etc for nearly the entire decade we’ve been patrons. We have always tipped generously especially when ordering delivery, sometimes tipping 50% of or order amount. About 4 years ago, I stopped being able to order online because I was “outside of the delivery area” even though I am about 4 miles from the actual store. However, every time I called, considering my order and tipping history they had always chosen to deliver to us. That all stopped earlier this month, when the driver informed me that they would no longer be delivering to us because they don’t deliver outside of Yardley. When I mentioned I am in Yardley, they mention, “we don’t go this far then” and literally pointed a block away and said “We will deliver if you lived over there” Which makes no sense it’s literally on the other side of my block. They advertise as delivering to Yardley, they have delivered without issue for nearly a decade, and now they are trying to force me to use slice, grub hub or other service that inflates food cost as well as adds delivery charges and STILL expect a tip. Why would you choose to keep a delivery driver if that was the case? Unfortunately for them and us, we will no longer be patronizing Carlucci’s express for any of the methods we previously used, including eat in or take out. Although if you read other reviews as well as this one, their quality has been declining little by little over the last few years. Time to find another place that will happily accept my business. Sad to see you guys go, it was a good run.

Nice small place with great Pizza, The deep dish is the best in the area by far. Not only is the sauce good but the crust has such a good flavor you just have to finish it. We just came frome Pepe Pizza in CT and they had the worst pizza I have tried. If you are in the bucks county area you need to try Carlucci’s Express.

I had the pleasure of ordering pizza on Halloween night. I am being sarcastic. I live right around the corner and in the past have used this location all the time. Things have changed! On this night we ordered two calzones. They told us 30 minutes. It was over an hour. I understand about getting slammed during a rush but the staff should have told us it would be a while. Instead the whole time while waiting with an angry crowd, the staff told people 20 minutes. The food was underdone and had to be cooked a while longer in my oven. The prices at this location have skyrocketed recently. With what they command in price, it needs to be top quality with service the same. There are so many choices of pizza in this area. This night was an epic fail.

This is by far the best pizza. I now live in lancaster and will go out of my way anytime I am remotely close to order 3 pies to go of the white, grandmas and margarita. The owner/employees are also all extremely nice.

Top notch pizza shop. Inside is clean and they have their menu on the wall. I tried a tomato and ricotta slice, bacon and fries slice, and half a slice of plain pizza. I split the other half with a friend. The gourmet slices are Sicilian style so they’re a heavy choice. But they taste really good. The dough is airy and crispy. Plain slice also tasted really good. Would definitely come back to try some other slices or sandwiches.

Pizza was really good! Stopped in for a quick slice of chicken bacon and ranch. It’s the best I’ve had in a long time. I ate it at home instead of at the place, but it still was just as crispy as if it just came out of the oven. Don’t miss out!
