They clearly didn’t care if they had customers or not as most were just hangout way in the back. No one else in the place and she says they don’t have any milkshakes because they haven’t had time to make more…wow.
After we get our food and older gentleman came in and the door slam could be heard through the whole place but no one behind the counter or anywhere insight. He had to call out 3x before a gal shuffles out again from clear in the back. The restrooms are another story clearly not getting much care.
You can tell it’s a newer facility and it’s decorated nicely but the staff are terrible.
We typically stop at the one in Ritzville but tonight we tried Moses Lake…won’t make that mistake again. At least Mcdonalds had milkshakes.

I live 30 min away from this Carl Jr’s in a small rural town. I happened to be in town for an appointment and ordered ahead using the app so I could pick up my food on my way back out of town. My food was ready when I got there making for a seamless transition on my way home. I get home and find out that my ENTIRE order is wrong. I ordered 2 famous star meals, one burger WITHOUT CHEESE (because my daughter is allergic to dairy), no tomatoes and no onion. The other one for me was as is. I get 2 burgers WITH CHEESE, and one with bacon. Both have onion, both have no tomato. Mind you, I had driven 30 min and had gotten home before I discovered this.
I called up the restaurant to let them know they messed up my order and wanted to know how they could make it right. I had spent $35 at their establishment… and online order that was SPECIFIC! I was told that I would only be able to get a refund if I brought the burger back in to the restaurant as they don’t do refunds on online orders or over the phone. Now I have worked a few food jobs in my day and I KNOW they just throw the food away that they take back and count it as waste. I told them I was willing to send pictures, but I was NOT going to spend 30 min driving back into town for them to throw a hamburger away and then give me my money back on my card when they can do that from a distance. And I wasn’t going to hang onto the burger for several weeks until I was back in town again.
I know the customer isn’t always right, but they SEVERELY SCREWED UP and I want everyone to know the lousy customer service I got from this restaurant.

Let me preface this, we don’t live in Moses Lake, and we rarely eat fast food… However, nothing hits on a long road trip like hot, greasy, delicious Carl’s Jr. Since we discovered this location ~3? 4? years ago, we’ve made a point to stop both East bound and West bound the two times a year we drive to visit family (as it’s about halfway). The service has always been friendly and food always great. Mind you, we’ve always used the drive through as we’re literally just “driving through” . This particular Thanksgiving week, for the first time, we actually stopped inside (early start, lots of coffee – I had to pee!) First off, the bathrooms were clean and nice – a big improvement over the gas stations my husband usually stops at! This particular trip, it was about 6am on a Sunday morning (11/23/25), and there were only two people working. We dragged our kids inside and got everyone to order – our cashier was patient and very helpful (made recommendations and accommodations for our picky eaters) despite being obviously busy. The food was great and so was the service (my husband and I both work in hospitality and we were very impressed) add in the clean bathroom (and a very cramped car) and stopping inside on the way back instead of driving through was a no brainer. On the way back the following Saturday afternoon (11/29/25), I darted into the bathroom in a panic, and came out to observe a restaurant that was impressively busy both inside and in the drive through. The same two lovely faces greeted us across the counter along with two other friendly individuals. There ended up being a mix up with our order, and they went above and beyond to make it right. I just had to leave a review, because these folks deserve some recognition for their hard work and positive attitudes. We’ll definitely be stopping inside again on all our future road trips! Thank you! You guys really put the Carl’s Jr Star in this 5 Star review. I only wish we lived closer, we’d come in more often!

I’ve been staying at the Ramada Inn adjacent to this Carl’s Jr and they are mind-numbingly bad. I ordered a large combo meal and they filled the fry box just over half full and the Dr Pepper is warm and flat. They replaced the fries with a full order and gave me a chocolate cake for my troubles, but there’s a reason this place is consistently empty. I’m old enough to remember when Carl’s Jr was decent, but if you’re considering grabbing some food from here there are at least 5 other restaurants nearby that are much better.

This location is never really that busy. But for some reason almost every order I witness at this location has to pull up and wait for the workers to hand them their food. Today we decided to go inside. And we decided to spend a bit more than we normally do. About twice as much. And sadly we were twice as disappointed. 2 pieces of my lettuce were limp as if they’ve sat out for a while. My burger was warm not really hot. Like it was made before I had even got there. All of our buns had these weird markings and they were almost all flat or smushed. No sugar really on the french toast sticks. All of my waffle fries were like tiny and ends. And I think I got medium sized fries instead of large. But that just might be a change in portions. I used to come here a lot more often. But after today it will be a long while before I feel like I may try Moses Lake, Carl’s again.

I decided to go to Carl’s Jr this evening and had a great experience excellent customer service the store was very clean. These two young men helped me out they were very respectful. The food was hot and fresh I highly recommend this Carl’s Jr I will definitely have to come by again.

I had never eaten at this location before. But I will be back for one reason and the reason is Joseph. He offered excellent service. He greeted us warmly. He had fun with us, but yet was efficient at the cash register. He made suggestions to our meals that were right on. And he sent us away with a warm thank you. I know Carl’s Jr. is known for their juicy burgers, but their customer service is just as warm. At least in Moses Lake Washington.

I visited McDonald’s (i90) almost daily for years, and I had a few experiences that led me to become a patron of Carl’s Jr. In Moses Lake. I am impressed!
If you haven’t been back in a while, I highly recommend you try it!
Exceptional service, they care about the brand and the food. I can tell the management is solid, and I enjoy their genuine effort. Give them a shot! I have been going to Carl’s for weeks, and they have earned top marks for quality fast food. My personal favorite is the #4! Try it out!

First time trying Carl’s Jr. Me and my family were not impressed. The young lady that helped us with our order, was very rude. She was giving off pissed off energy when there was only 3 tables of people. I work in fast food so I know what I’m talking about. She did not smile at all, and had a very angry tone. The lobby should have been better stocked as there were no lids for our drinks and our sodas were flat. The restrooms were filthy and I had no tp. Please do better next time.
