The best part of our visit was the staff. Josh was very friendly and helpful. I made a few mistakes while ordering and he just rolled through it with a smile and friendly attitude. Before we left, we decided to try to use the app (my first time). I ordered milkshake to go, he was helpful and kind with my lack of what to expect. Seriously he was the best!! Thanks Josh for being awesome!

Carl’s is always good. This time, however, I had to let them know that they forgot tomatoes on our burgers. The restaurant was very clean and staff was very friendly and responsive to the miss. The fries were excellent.

I’ve been eating at Carl’s Jr. for 35 years all over the west. This location has by far the worst quality of food I’ve ever eaten. Tonight’s experience is my last. I ordered two California Classics with extra sauce and extra grilled onions. The burger patties were burned to a crisp, the buns were stale and no sauce or grilled onions at all. It’s my fault for ordering after 10 pm. I’ve been told through the drive thru several times that they don’t like grilling onions after 8 pm, because of the mess it makes and that they want to get everything clean early. I’m adding this restaurant to the long list of disgusting fast food in Longview. For the prices we pay, we deserve better.

I came here for my lunch break. One person was ordering in front of me. Jenny, a shift supervisor, was trying to finish up that person’s order. She was taking an order out to a car, when she passed by me and said I’ll be right with you when I get back. She took my order it was very nice about it. She gave me my drink cup and a number for my table.
When my food came out I had to ask for ketchup packets. No big deal.
I got the Big Carl with extra sauce. Overall I was happy with my meal. Usually in fast food restaurants the french fries are not filled very full. However with the small fry I was pleased with how full Jenny filled it.
My meal was $8.64 (Bug Carl combo $7.99 special ad on the store window)

I would have rated service zero due to drive thru cashier named Damian was not kind and we came inside then the shift lead was very kind. My husband came up asking about a bathroom code and the drive thru person was right in front of him ignored him and walked away then the shift lead I’m unsure if his name was doing multiple things but still answered my husband. An super professional and kind when taking our order and handing out the food.
