Really friendly redhead with glasses. Unfortunately the order was incorrect. However, had the order been correct. Everything was piping hot.
Additionally, after trying to rectify an issue with the wrong sandwich, the deluxe chicken sandwich was cold.
The drive through cashier essentially stopped responding for 2 minutes not reading back the order to ensure accuracy.
This is the closest I’ve seen in a year.
I recommend this location because they tried.

Visited around 6:15 pm Sunday.
This place was disgusting. The entire main dining area was a disaster. Every empty table (all but couple were empty) was dirty. Food and trash on the ground. Even the fountain drink area was disastrous and dirty.
I did inform a girl at the counter, but she did not seem receptive at all. And even several minutes later (after I had gotten up from our table for napkins, as they only gave us 1 napkin in our bag) nobody had tended to cleaning the tables, floors or fountain area. Neither my son nor I got ketchup from the dispenser because of how disgusting it was around there.
We sat at a 2-top on the narrow side of the restaurant, next to an employee on break. Even some of those tables were dirty. I’m sure the employee on break overheard me talking to my son about wanting to call the health department, but even she didn’t bother to take action. I guess a break is a break.
This place is a disaster. Completely inattentive. And they are going to get someone sick! Makes you wonder if employees wash their hands when necessary!!

$ I have not been in a McDonald’s for almost a decade and needed to grab a soft drink on the way home. Drive-thru was too long so opted to park and go inside. My first impression was where are the service staff? I walked into a very sterile and unwelcoming place lined with kiosks and signs saying to download their app! All I wanted was a soft drink! I had to raise my voice and ask how do I a soft drink?! All the staff were huddled in the drive-thru processing drive-thru orders. It’s my opinion that McDonald’s, at least at this location, no longer wants eat-in customers with cash and would rather have a steady stream of drive-thru customers using card.

We have been going to this McDonald’s for some years now and the past year the food is AWFUL! I ordered the fish sandwich today and the bun was larger than the fish. No cheese on it either. I ordered my husband the double quarter pounder with cheese and got a single and no cheese. Not the first time the orders have been screwed up. A lot of times it is the breakfast orders. Today’s order was $23.00 and disappointment to go with it. You lost our business!!!

I visited this Bucciferro Family McDonald’s on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. We had a really nice dinner. It’s pretty easy and straight forward with the kiosks but I enjoy coming to McDonald’s because of my rewards member points now. Not much interaction with the staff but there was one sweet elderly employee and she was very nice. (Written 2-15-26)

The last two times I have gone to this McDonalds they have messed up my order and shorted me items. Last time they even argued with my wife as we sat in the drive thru and checked our bag right in front of the window. Telling us they gave us the missing burger (that was a special order) when it clearly wasn’t in the bag and was checked right in front of her. This time, this morning, not only was our order shorted but we weren’t given a receipt with our order so we didn’t bother trying to argue. Just went without our missing McGriddle. The service at this location has gotten really bad, used to be good, not anymore.

They made our order wrong after not having what we originally ordered and then when we went back a third time to have it remade they gave me an uncooked burger this is disgusting service.
Also when we called to let them know what a poor job they did the manager continuously hung up on us pretending they couldn’t hear.

I can’t for the life of me understand what is so hard about getting a double cheeseburger right. Cheeseburger no onions! Had to get my food remade 4 times! I understand it gets extremely busy and it high pressure but please read the screen correctly!

The food and service were perfectly fine. My only complaint is that I was freezing cold in the restaurant. So cold that I would guess they didn’t have the heat on at all. It was completely ridiculous given that it was 30 degrees outside.
