The store is clean and sanitary. I ordered a California Classic double combo. I saw it made when I ordered it, and it was hot and delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. After I ordered, another patron came in, looking hard up. He asked the staff member what was cheap as he didn’t have much money. They gave him a recommendation about the best cheap deal. The staff were very kind and respectful and served him with the same dignity I received.

As a rule I do love Carl’s Jr and also the Blaine Boblett location. Have been there before and loved it. Today’s most recent visit was (for some reason) a notch below my previous visits. Not sure why. This time I liked it but didn’t love it. Will go back and give it another go though.

Paid $7.71 for three chicken tenders which in itself is outrageous. I waited 10 minutes to get it, which was also outrageous. Only for it to be raw, which is atrocious. When I brought it to their attention, one lady said “We did the timer right.” That only infuriated me. I am a cook in the industry and the cardinal rule is temp the biggest tender and if it’s at 165, the rest are good as they are smaller and cook quicker.
To their credit they refunded me immediately. But I definitely lost my appetite and walked out. Never going there again. It still had the fleshiness of taking chicken out of a package. Gross.

Food came fast, but it’s waaaay overpriced for the very low quality. The people here barely speak English and can’t answer questions. They had a sale going on and I asked about sales and the lady couldn’t help me because she didn’t understand what I was asking. Place was empty and yet all of the tables were dirty and the fries were lukewarm. Everything had way too much salt, to the point where the onion rings (which were cold) were inedible. First and last time eating here.

Good stuff! Obviously they just opened and they are still getting things figured out, but the were very nice and made everything right. – we got our half off discount for their grand opening. Food was warm. I usually get the Big and Carl and Waffle Fry’s but today I decided to try the Double Western Burger! It was tasty with a good crunch.

We came here for my sons birthday as a rare treat. I normally make our meals at home but thought it’d be fun to go out for a change. However, we were all quite disappointed as the food we received was nearly cold in temperature. The fries were old, stale, and cold as well. We bucked up and ate it anyways but it was truly a waste of money. Not to mention, a few of us have had stomach upsets since late last night (a few hours after eating). This could be because our systems aren’t acclimated to fast food, but I have a hunch that the food wasn’t cooked properly. We won’t be returning. I’m puzzled as to how fast food joints stay in business with such terrible food.

Every time I have gone and ordered here, The food and service has gotten worse. This was my last time going there. Two people who ordered after me received their orders before me because the employees weren’t paying attention correctly. I didn’t order anything fried or anything that would have taken more time. Just burgers like everybody else. When they finally realized I should have gotten my order already, they said nothing to me and started bickering with each other about whose fault it was. Then they finally put my food together while I was waiting. I noticed the place wasn’t clean. There was hardly any traffic, nobody going through the drive-thru. And only a few people were in and out of the restaurant while I was there. Yet there were four people working there. Three of whom were doing very little. However, I can’t praise the cook, because when I got home and opened my order, I found out that my burger only had meat, cheese, fry sauce and lettuce. Lettuce. There were no pickles, no onions and no tomatoes. I didn’t order it that way.
Every time I’ve gone there, lately something has been wrong with my order. So I’m done. It’s very expensive. Thanks for crap you get. And that’s unfortunate because Carl’s that are managed well have incredible food.

For me personally going during the day and in the evening (9Pm) only had great fresh food! Had the burgers and chicken sandwich both were bomb.

Went to this location last night got a Carl’s bacon, burger, and some chicken strips and a dr pepper. Ate it on my way home two hours later I had to go and throw up because Of the food do better Carl’s Jr.

Eat here at your own risk, I was just served a moldy bun on my burger. One bite I knew something wasn’t right and sure enough there was mold on the bun. Inexcusable.
