This is a fairly new Carl’s that seems well kept. The service, once they realized that I was standing at the counter, was great. The burger was good and actually looked like the one on the window poster. I like that you can get hamburgers early in the day.

I went through the drive through on Monday at 4pm and ordered the Santa Fe Chicken sandwich combo. What I received was a cheeseburger with a very small pepper on it. Definitely NOT what I ordered. Not even the same kind of meat.

Was really excited to see that they put in a new location in the city of Cornelius, Oregon. In my opinion they are one of the best fast food burger joints. They maintain their dinning experience thru fresh ingredients and care in preparation. I downloaded the new app (which is a real pain to start) and ordered my burger for lunch. Ordered the gold digger with extra pickles and extra American cheese. Got the extra pickles (that are free by the way), but they did not give me the extra cheese I paid for. It sounds like a small thing, but I did have to pay for it, and I like my burger extra cheesy. Other than that it was good. Rest of burger was still good. Will give them another chance, as they are still training new employees and mistakes can happen. Till next time Carl.

Ordered Carl’s Jr on May 9th, got severe food poisoning that lasted for the past 3 days. Be careful if you order your burger pink or if it’s a bit pink! I couldn’t hold down solids for most of that time. Be careful!

I had a recent trip to Carl’s Jr in my home city and during this trip I had a bad experience, for example there was one cashier with pink hair who had a lot of attitude. When she brought our food out to our table she dropped the tray onto the table and walked away like nothing I then went after to get ranch for my chicken stars and she grabbed them and give them to me in a rude way.

I just ordered two milkshakes for delivery. When they arrived, both shakes were only two-thirds full. Usually they are filled to the top. I called and complained to the manager and he did not want to help. Shame on him. Goodbye Carl’s Jr. Now I will patron Sonic.
