Very good customer service! It made my day how they saved my online order for the next day when I accidentally placed it when I was all the way home down by Arden fair mall while this spot is by my job and I usually eat here after my shift. I guess I forgot to change the pickup spot on my app but I’m happy they saved my order and gave it to me hassle-free.

Like most fast-food, they will forget food you paid for and offer for you to inconvenience yourself to retrieve your order because they were too incompetent to read an order and give you what you paid for instead of refunding the missing items. I’ll be taking this up with my credit card company.

Latina cashier had a very rude attitude when I told her she didn’t give me my coke and still wanted to charge me for it when it was her fault. What happen to the Customer is right..! I will never again leave my home hungry. I learned my lesson and will never again buy food from your Carl Jr. Restaurants.

I felt rushed the entire time ordering, and my drink was not even filled up all the way…really just disappointed because I don’t have fast food very often and now I remember why. The man who took our order was super pushy to get us out of the drive thru, wanted to ask for more napkins but he walked away and closed the window. 🙁

After the Google response, I submitted my information and got no response. Took a chance this morning and asked for my guac to be on the side, did not receive on the side nor was it in the burger by the chance they didn’t remember to put it on the side. Great…

Staff was bad they don’t know how to behave
They didn’t even came on the window and from the front door they didn’t even look at me i was knocking the door
They need to change the staff

The last few years this has been a great location. Recently had an issue and the staff took care of it without hesitation. Everyone is super nice and the food always comes out great. Some of the Carl’s Jr locations near me are hit or miss, but this place has been reliable.

Has me waiting a while to take my order, and when I decided to leave, I realized there was no car up the window. I don’t know what these employees were doing, but they definitely are not working. I am starving, and this experience definitely made my mood worse.
