My burger had a hair in it and the cashier was unintelligible. I’m not sure if he had an impairment but I could not understand a thing he said! It took incredibly long to get my meal and by the time I did it was cold and overall not great. I would recommend any other fast food location.

I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal in the drive thru, i received a 3 piece undercooked, visually unappealing chicken strips, and fries that seemed to be cooked in old oil.. but i was only on a break from class so i couldn’t go back immediately, i called the store and left a message stating i would be back after class. I came back with the chicken in the same condition, since it didn’t seem appealing, i didn’t even consume it, i then received three crispy strips that had been pulled apart, I’m guessing it was to ensure the chicken cooked thoroughly, but tasted like they were cooked in the same unclean oil that the fries from earlier were cooked in. I will post a photo if available space allows. Of both boxes of chicken. I ate the fries because i had to at that point, i had no time to stop anywhere without returning to my class late. PLEASE CLEAN YOUR OIL!! Unfortunately i didn’t receive a receipt either, nor was i offered one, I am highly upset and i hope corporate allows a complaint without a receipt.

Before the pandemic, this place was an amazing restaurant. However, since the pandemic, for some reason, the quality has declined; even the French fries have become dry, and overall, the food doesn’t taste as good anymore.

Worst ever location. They gave me bacon when I had ordered Santa fe chicken sandwich, that too without any bun. So it was just bacon and lettuce basically. When I went to complain about that the employer misbehaved and used f word while my young baby was in the car too. On top of all this they overcharged me, they did give me another sandwich but put a special sticker on it and the employee showed me middle finger too.

I usually do not complain when my order is wrong because I know everybody is overworked and under paid. However this particular location has never ever not even one time gotten my order correct and I have been here maybe a dozen times over the past two years. Every single time my order is wrong.

As far as fast food goes, it’s pretty good. The downside is that their milkshake machine is usually broken or they are out of whipped cream. Additionally, they ALWAYS ask to pull around to the other side and park when going thru the drive thru, regardless of the order size or complexity. It seems to take FOREVER.
