My husband and I went to this Carl’s Jr last night for dinner and everything was wrong. I ordered a beyond burger and my husband ordered a chicken sandwich. The manager later came and said they no longer have beyond burgers and offered a fried zucchini burger instead. It tasted ok but immediately my stomach hurt. My husband couldn’t get through half his chicken sandwich and ended up throwing it away. I told him my stomach hurt as soon as we left. Went home took tums and Pepto then a half hour later started throwing up again and again. We spent $35 for my husband to not be to finish his sandwich and threw it away because he said it was gross and for me to get food poisoning and be sick yesterday and today. Never again at this Carl’s Jr.

My daughter has health issues and we stop for bathrooms I stop at fast food as they are cleaner then gas station bathrooms. They made me buy something for her to pee! Very rude not nice staff. Avoid this location!

I had a free onion ring in my app to use by 7/28. I tried to redeem it in store and it wouldn’t go thru:.. I felt it very poor costumer service that the girl at the register didn’t just give me an onion ring seeing as tho she clearly saw I had the reward but it wasn’t ringing through… the sandwich was great but sadly I won’t be back and will google my costumer service at this location..

Terrible service. Been getting worse over the past couple of years. This place used to be 5 star, but these days its barely 3 stars. Stopped at the drive thru on 8/7/23 and tried to order a combo #1, but had such a hard time trying to communicate with the woman on the speaker that I just gave up and drove away mid-order. She would just sit there in silence for literally minutes, so annoying. So I left and went to the delicious La Kora taco truck instead where I could better communicate with the person at the window. Cant wait until her job is replaced by an AI bot… its much closer than she realizes
