I was hot and hungry after a 3 hour dog agility training lesson with 2 of my dogs. It was a 40min drive home. A burger and shake was $17 (even). I thought it was pricey but I was desperate (missed breakfast) and it was 1pm. I drank the shake on my way home. I ate the burger once home. It was a burger, not particularly memorable. Of note later in the week, a local steakhouse had 1/2 lb burgers for $5 each for 2 consecutive weekdays. I will be watchful and plan better.

Restaurant is clean, order is correct as ordered. Steve seems to recognize his regulars and thanks customers for choosing Carls Jr, which caught me off guard since most other Carls Jr act like you owe it to them to go there.

Haven’t been here in a while, received coupons in the mail, thought I’d check it out, unbelievable, whole new atmosphere, people are friendly, inside isn’t freezing cold, everybody super friendly, they made my burger fresh off the grill, served hot, will be back regardless, played great music 96.9 the Eagle, Steve an incredible manager, that makes it fresh the way you want it, the place was spotless, extremely clean

This location(Greenback & Madison) is hit and miss when it comes to service. I find it hard that any burger maker can fail at putting the cheese on at least 75% of the patty… really though, the patty was not even warm enough to melt the processed-cheese that landed on it… An fast-food employees want $15 an hour for their professional services… NO- ftBS !!!

Food is what you would expect from Carl’s Jr, only problem is they consistently forget items. This time I ordered three combos. Three burgers, three drinks, TWO fries. It’s not that difficult! Unfortunately it’s also not surprising anymore. Don’t wait until you leave to check your order, sit there in the DT for as long as it takes because I guarantee you they are not checking it before they give it to you.

One of the better Carl’s Jr’s in the greater area. General Manager and his staff is very friendly and professional. Food is always well made and accurate. Service is prompt. Dining room is large enough to find a spot to eat and clean. Well run Carl’s Jr. If you’re looking for a place to relax on your lunch break or just a good burger with good service I recommend.

So l have the Carl’s Jr app on my phone. My wife and me arrived at the restaurant and sat down using the app to order. Except the order wouldn’t go thru. It said, “Unable to Validate bag”. Tried to order the exact same thing on the register, but it was almost $10 more for the order. I asked if someone could help me and the manager Steven came
He looked at the order on my app and said I was doing everything correctly, but didn’t know why it wasn’t working.
I asked if he would honor the price and just ring it up on the register. He said “no, I don’t manage the app”. I am a manager myself and would have gone out of my way to make the customer happy and have them leave without taking care of them. Totally unacceptable service!
