Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssssssssssssssssssssssty! My husband ordered me a Santa Fe Chicken sandwich and it was disgusting! The lettuce was bad and brown We tried calling them, but of course you can’t get through ♀️Sick sick sick!!! The chicken was rubbbbbbbbbbbery! So we shared the double western bacon cheeseburger that was put together right ♀️. 2 stars because the burger was very good!

Today is 8/29/22 10:30pm the lady at the intercom was having difficulty understanding english and had to repeat the order several times. First of all my drink was watered down, but the mexican guy was talking $h1t in espanol great customer service. I guess taking Spanish paid off lol. I asked if I can exchange for a orange juice and they refused to do so. I left my drink and said forget it I’m tired of wasting time here. When I got home I had to inspect my food, and guess what I found some kind of gray stuff in the lettuce, no worries it’s extra protein… They don’t care at all. If you want fast food do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s instead… Never coming back here, what a waste of 18 dollars on a #7 combo

I understand the errors weren’t intentional, but twice has this location been disappointing. The last time I went there in Summer, they put a grossly absurd amount of mayonnaise on a cheeseburger, which I did not eat, though felt no need to take it further. Craving a burger, I decided to give them another shot. I ordered the Angus Thick Burger, asked for grilled onions instead. There were no onions, and there was a single drip of A1 sauce. On top of a subpar sandwich, my medium fries were not in the bag.

Dear Doordash customers please please please DO NOT ORDER from this location. Their customer service is beyond subpar. They do not start the order until the dasher/driver arrives so then we wait. How can fast food fries/burgers take 20 minutes. As a driver, I always show up and wait while they take care of the drive-thru customers and then run out of fries for the deliveries. Guess what? another 10minutes. They have one slow cook during the busiest breakfast and lunch hours. Nope, I will not make this location money anymore. Good luck getting hot, fresh, and on-time food from them.

Just walked in to order and the two young ladies were on their phones laughing and joking around. I was looking at the menu and the young lady is moving her arms around rushing me to order. I felt that was very rude so I walked out. Please retrain your staff for their customer service skills.
