Driving through on our way from San Diego, we decided to stop at Carl’s Jr and are so glad we did!
The parking lot was safe for us to unload our kids and give the dog a break. The dining area was clean, well lit, and holiday music was playing. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean!
Ordering food was easy and the service was very friendly! Bless everyone working on Thanksgiving morning!
The food came out hot and was delicious. The kids are picky eaters so the chicken stars and fries were a big hit!

The best service I have ever had at a CARLS Jr! We ordered part of our meal to go and the woman who took our order brought it out to where we were sitting and kept the ‘to go’ part under the heaters so that it would stay warm while we ate. That was so nice! Very clean restrooms too!

UPDATE:
Manager Lucero was very helpful and understanding. We went through the drive thru on 3/30/25 at 5:20am and the burritos we ordered were horrible. We went on with our day and came back later in the afternoon and asked if this was normal and to our surprise the manager Lucero was more than happy to help. She was very apologetic and understanding for what had happened. She took care of the situation and refunded our money for the misunderstanding. Thank you Carl’s Jr for having great customer service and thank you Lucero for assisting us.

Staff members amazing job. I was excited to try the strawberry frozen lemonade. Flavor was not good at all had an orange flavor. Very disappointing i do not recommend other then that I enjoyed most of the food.
