I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m really disappointed with the cleanliness at this Carl’s Jr. location. The bathrooms are unsanitary, and both customers and employees are using the same one because one of the restrooms has been closed for a long time. Outside, there’s been a pile of dirt sitting there for over a year, and next to it is an open hole that seems to lead to the plumbing—it gives off a really bad smell. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses these issues soon because it makes the entire place unpleasant to visit.

The foods are similar to other Carls. I saw only two employees working early in the morning. Bathrooms require keys to get in, and a staff has to get to the door to unlock it for each customer.

Beware — they overcharge you! Even when you point out their mistakes, they’re very stubborn about fixing them. The cashier overcharged me for two burgers, and when I brought it up, she only refunded one. I tried to explain it clearly, but she wouldn’t listen.
To make it worse, when I got home, one of the burgers was missing from my order.
Don’t go through this hassle. Stay away! Always check your receipts before leaving!

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to a Carl’s Jr. and I must say that it’s my loss. As the quality of it’s competition has dropped, they’ve maintained a standard that only they have held.

Took a while to get my food, and the person (cashier) was in a bad mood that he ignored me when I asked to used the restroom.
Finally he came around the counter and open the bathroom door without saying nothing.
When I place my order, he not even bother to welcome me.
Food was good as always in Carl’s Junior but this particular restaurant doesn’t deserve more than 3 stars (customer service).

Carl burgers are so profoundly large fresh and good tasting that I will always come back the fries are cold but the service and the smiles that you receive covers that up I like Carl’s Jr…
