Everything was bad. The cashier told me they aren’t able to do refunds for kiosk orders that even the managers can’t and would not get a manager for me when i asked for one. The whole place was visibly dirty, bathrooms, seating area, and cooking area. Service was slow and unpleasant. Food was over cooked. The employees just kept going on and on about how they were going to quit and just walk out instead of being concerned over customers waiting for 15 minutes for a few items or basic cleanliness

The ladies upfront were awesome however, when they left some guy was smoking a cigarette right there in the hallway where you go in and walk out. Literally walked into a cloud of cigarette smoke and it was absolutely disgusting. I’m not wanting to be judgmental, but the individual that was smoking looked like he hasn’t showered in about three weeks.

Went to Bk today didn’t eat all day and my boyfriend found a sticker/piece of paper in his burger. Went back and just got the food remade since we didn’t eat anything and fast food isn’t cheap anymore. Only got told sorry by a worker but i made sure to tell everyone that was standing by what was in the food.

It’s okay, decorated up the wazoo for Halloween but tables, bathroom, drink bar & floors front- sitting area & back cooking area were visible dirty. Also our order for here, two meals was not correct. It took a while to get service to order at the pay station (w/ cash) vs the electronic kiosk.

It was very clean and the food was fresh and fast who doesn’t love a whooper I got one with cheese and bacon no pickles or onions I like to put my fries and extra ketchup on my whooper and the Oreo milkshake was so delicious

It is nice that they are open 24 hours. The food is ready in minutes for pickup. Typically it is really good. On this occasion, the bun was very hard and dried out.
