Anyway, my wife had the burger and I had the chicken stars with my daughter as snack. I have to say, it is the worst kind of chicken nugget I have ever had —— they tasted cold, chewed like piles of sogged and dried paper towel, and were hard to swallow. We had to throw it away half eaten.
Would not consider this site again the next time unfortunately.
Update. 1-14-2025 Decided to give them another try. What a miserable decision. Restaurant was empty, which should have clued me in. ALL of the fries were hard as rocks. Obviously they had been kept warm for hours. The owners should be ashamed serving this. Better yet, they should have to eat their own fries.
the restaurant or the company did not even try to contact me to address… very bad. it says it all. if ir was a business carrying about its quality of service it could have immediately reached out. nothing came..
of course they never contacted me.
another time the order was for a low carb hamburger. when i checked the take out, it was a bun instead of lettuce…
On the first, I visited this fast food restaurant via the drive thru and was very disappointed with the manager and the service. He did not fill my order correctly, and only gave me one of the two cookies I had paid for on my mobile order. When I checked my order and noticed that I was short a cookie, I inquired with him. He proceeded to tell me that $0.99 is the cost of a single cookie, and had the audacity to tell me that I should only be getting one despite my paying for two on the app (two cookies for $0.99). We proceeded to argue for a few minutes since he did not fulfill my order as ordered. Finally, he said he would make a “one-time exception” and gave me the cookie I was supposed to get, then said that he would adjust the online pricing. Honestly, if there is a pricing mistake this should be settled and changed internally. But lo and behold, many weeks and many orders later the price for two cookies is still $0.99 and I have always gotten two cookies on orders filled by others, so I can only assume he was lying or doesn’t know what he is talking about.
On a second occasion, I went in to pick up my mobile order. I decided to add a side of fries to my hamburger order so I went to the register to order and presented one of the coupons I had received in the mail for an order of waffle fries for $1.50. Seeing that the fries in the fry section looked to be old, I asked if a new batch could be made. He then proceeded to mock me when I asked for fresh fries saying that he was “going to totally cook up a new batch for me for only $1.50”. This was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I let it go since I thought he was just unhappy about needing to fry up a fresh batch but I still received the fries that had been sitting out for who knows how long. Needless to say, the fries were cold and soggy and my mobile order was also barely room temp. This manager should be trained on how to treat customers with courtesy and respect, and have more professionalism towards the quality of the food. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will take my business elsewhere if service here continues to be this awful.

Price is going up considerably and quality seems to be going down. Portions also seem to have gotten noticeably smaller. No longer my #1 fast food chain burger. Also, I got my gift card balance stolen here by an employee. I did contact corporate and they resolved the issue for me however.
