My son & I decided we needed to eat. We chose Carl’s Jr because we hadn’t had any food from this fast food place in a while.
We ordered food for both of us and it was cheaper than McDonald’s which was a big plus for us, especially my son. He was really impressed. He said he would buy from Carl’s Jr rather than the competition, McDonald’s.

Once again the customer service here is just simply amazing! It’s my favorite place to stop on my way to work and grab a nice hot fresh western bacon from! The fries are always hot and salted to perfection! The soda always has the perfect ice to soda ratio! The bathrooms are always clean and well kept! The employees here always make me happy to return ! There all so friendly!

As for ambiance: what I assumed to be the owner was complaining about broken doors in the dining area for most of my meal. Calling various people on the phone to tell them how upset they were. I get needing to fix the problem but it did impact the vibe.

The burger is so delicious! I didn’t expect that great taste but i have one comment on the fries. They tasted bitter, i think the frying oil needs to be changed other than that the burger is so tasty. Four stars because of the fries

Waited 8 minutes for some coke, jalapeño poppers, and two chicken sandwiches, and I got one chicken sandwich with two top buns, a cup full of ice, and no napkins. Poppers were fine though.

The customer service here is top notch! My food was very fresh, hot and extremely flavorful! The new spicy double western is extremely delicious and I would definitely recommend it! For some reason they have the BEST Diet Coke around! The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked and had a very fresh smell to them. I’ll definitely be returning for lunch again in the future!
