I waited 1 hour for my burger to arrive, but when I finally get the blissful bag, it smells so good. When I sit down, I open my burger with so much joy, I felt so happy. But my burger was burnt, I am now suffering from crippling depression and had to get therapy.

I ordered a medium big Carl combo and nicely declined donation. Got to the window, was charged $17 & changes. Asked nicely why so much? Mexican chick taking order at the time..answered same answer $17 & changes. I’m not cheap but I ain’t paying for median comb. for that price. So I just got the sandwich and was charged $10 and changes. Got home and googled prices cause I’m curious. Come On Now Girl! What ya try to squeeze out of me…..Besides they have a 2 for $5 deal and didn’t offer me that or if I had coupons. I’ll think twice before going there again with a non caring attitude.

I went through the drive-through and it was pretty busy. The gentleman that helped me and the drive-through was so sweet and felt like he genuinely cared best. Carl’s Jr. experience in a long time. Also, the food was super hot fresh, and I just love the friendly service.
