Eduardo took my order at the drive thru. He was articulate & got my custom order perfectly. Upon arrival to the window, Eduardo was pleasant, attentive, & asked which condiments I needed. I wouldn’t usually take the time to write a review for a fast food place, but Eduardo made the experience actually enjoyable & quite pleasant indeed. Carl’s Jr. hired one heck of a positive employee. Grabbed my meal, & had to send gratitude.

Kids meal price always varies from employee to employee. I’m convinced they’re skimming money. Went for a 4pc chicken star kids meal it was just over $5, total ended up being over $8. My receipt said I paid $2.72 for a kids Hi-C fruit punch. When asked why the extra $2.72, they stated it was for the kids drink. Isn’t a kids drink included in the meal price? They said no, its extra. Milk, OJ, and chocolate milk are always extra. I didnt get any of those 3. SO WHY THE EXTRA $2.72?? They never could give me an answer but I truly can’t stand this place. Every single time the price is different and may or may not include a drink so make sure you ask if its included or if it extra.

Went through the drive thru and I had special orders for my burgers . I even repeated them to the 2 ladies taking my order. I got to the window and I gave my debit card to the girl to pay got my food and went home . Well I got home and the whole order was wrong , called the store and spoke with a Miguel and he said for me to hold on to the burgers to take them back when I get I to town so they can make me new ones. Like umm no I don’t know when I’ll be back to sanger and I am not holding them. I asked for a manager and he just kept talking to another person and telling me to hd on. So finally I got a manager she said her name was Lorena very Un professional. I asked for the corporate number and they gave me a disconnected number . I’m so upset . Bad service, they need to hire different ppl

They are great at offering mediocre food. Some of it is fresh and some quite tepid. I love ordering large fries, paying over $3.00 and wanting to throw them in the trash because they are cold and stale. It makes me feel appreciated and want to come right back.
