The positives! A very clean showroom and bathrooms. The service was really good and quick.
The food, well it was fast food. The burger had 4 times more bun that meat. The chicken tenders were literally rubbery. We usually skip fast food, but sometimes you are in a hurry and need a quick bite… then you regret it.

Cold “Burger” the cheese was burly melted, requested no onions and it came with onions. Not their first time, another occasion was when they had the impossible burger and my friend requested no cheese and the burger had cheese! Also I’m not sure what’s wrong with the older dude at the drive true, if you are not happy with your job I guess you should find another job.
If you ask for cup of ice or hot water he gives you attitude first before fulfilling your request.

Outright highway robbery :)) almost 8 bux for 9pc tiny jalapeño poppers.. Kid’s meal comes with a smallish portion of fries so that you have to order more fries for 6 bux

Carl’s Jr. buildings that was made in the 80s and 90s.This one is lapidated. you can only make it look as good as possible until it just looks blah you know. i walk.
Ed in the door I hear a couple.People go from talking english to spanish all this sudden but having a Mexican Grandma I understood everything. The young children were like wow look how tall he was which was like man I didn’t ask god for this body. Eating your veggies and you can grow to be big amd strong one day too. It’s only cause they were short for their age and seeing me at 6’2″ is like seeing a giant to them. Gld to have the interaction. Food was got and fresh as the staff was on point with their service. Would reccomend to stop if you are craving Carl’s Jr. Bathroom really impressed me. It is very well upkept by the community not juat the staff. It does take a village you know.

You need to work your services here. We came here a few times whenever we are in Mammoth during ski season. Normally, we’d order one or more items per person but there was a day we just wanted to grab the chicken tenders on our way. We asked for two forks as extra on our drive thru and the staff here ended up giving us one in the bag for us to ask for another one on purpose. He sullenly stated one fork per one item we ordered and passed the extra one to us. This is the day that drive thru order were taken by the AI staff instead of the human. It tells a lot why they decided to do this so rapidly. If you want your customers to come back here continuously, I wouldn’t be running my business with this type of services I faced today. Good luck keeping it up…

Drive thru process IS TERRIBLE. When you order there are 3 things wrong. One you can’t see on the screen what you’ve ordered. Two the menu keeps disappearing to show a promo of someone eating a burger, and three there is a robot voice taking the order that got my order wrong. This took way longer than it should have and was way too difficult
