Ordered 3 meals. One burger was cold in the center of the patty. Not room temp. Cold like they didn’t heat it up all the way through or cook it all the way through, whatever their process is. Other burger didn’t have the grilled onions and barely could tell they put sauce in the burger. Horrible.

This is a better than normal. Carl’s Jr.. The service is always very fast and they are not super strict about coupons. I’ve gone to other locations or it was one day expired and they wouldn’t let me use it very disappointing when you’re already in the drive-through but this location let me use them and even replace them for me. Food is always fresh and when I asked for extra pickles, they don’t skimp. Places always clean and the employees are very nice.
