I come in everyday, and Alajadra cook on Sat thru Weds is so very friendly, and meals prepared by her are amazing. She is the best employee I have encountered. On the negative side the male cook in early mornings on Thursdays, and Fridays is the worst cook. I ordered steak, egg burrito, and I ask for Xtra meat, and tomatoes. I was disappointed there was hardly any meat or tomatoes. And for $11 dollars. Wow I’ve never been treated so poorly in all my life. I will be contacting corporate with pictures. He is also rude, and does not respond well with others except the other workers. Thankyou

Just had a Beyond famous star. Beyond Beef is absolutely great! I actually went up to the counter and asked if they made a mistake because I wanted a Beyond Beef burger not a real meat hamburger. Yes, Beyond Beef Famous Star was fantastic and taste just like real meat. I will never order another real meat burger at Carl’s Jr. again it’s beyond beef for me. do yourself a favor and try this you will be amazed!!

I don’t really have a lot to say on these things but it is horrible how customers treat the workers here. I personally used to be a waitress and seeing a customer yell and be sarcastic to the employees is ridicules. My food was great everytime I come here. Keep up the good work.

This place makes me throw up. Way too much sauce, cheese, and buns are mushy. Lettuce is soggy and taste like wet paper. The food doesn’t look good and it doesn’t taste good either. Not to mention that the prices are also ridiculous. If you want to eat something slimy and expensive then go here. Workers/staff are nice but food is appalling. I’m not kidding when I say go anywhere else but here…seriously…unless you’re buying some coffee or cheesecake. I’m hoping that by writing this review I can save some people from the suffering I experienced or the food poisoning my brother got from this place. Stay safe y’all.

My kids and I love this restaurant, and I often order from yorba linda blvd. I was passing the rose drive place, and I thought I’d take home some burgers. But the order taker was very arrogant and rude. When I asked about the kids’ meal, she said I ordered a cheeseburger, apparently she didn’t know the difference between cheese and kid’s. So I said I wanted to order a combo for the child, which obviously doesn’t confuse. She said yes, and then I said I need a combo, and she said sorry, you can’t. I…?? Why?? I often order combo for my kids. Instead of giving me an excuse, she passed it on to another person , and with the help of another person, we quickly completed the order. But I was very angry, I felt the arrogance and prejudice of the person who ordered this order, I gave a star because the food in the restaurant was delicious. But the service is 0 stars.
