Ordered the hangover burger through the app and picked up through the drive-thru. The bacon and egg was decadent, but the hash browns in the burger was over the top. 800 calories at 10:30PM is not recommended.

Food was good, crispy tenders but the cashier was so zoned out. I asked for onion rings then entered waffle fries. I told him I want onion rings he said it’s fine. Then the order had waffle fries. Place said open until 1 am. Signed outside, said open. pulled over at 11:58 pm. Workers inside obviously don’t want to work because they didn’t even acknowledge a car was waiting outside. The lady in the picture even looked at me through the drive thru picture and ignored me.

Visiting and arrived at our hotel. Hungry so we walked to a very open Carl’s Jr (see photo) only to come across locked doors and an employee saying no. I guess the only option was drive through but again we’re visiting and have no car. We didn’t want to risk our safety and walk through it. To be kinda fair it looked like there was only one employee. Bad first experience. Doubt we’ll be going there at all this trip.

Really makes me angry when employees arbitrarily decide to alter hours of a business. I’m sure someone just wanted to go home early, but the early closing of the dine in hours meant that two packages I had delivered from Amazon couldn’t be picked up. I’m reporting this location to Amazon. You don’t deserve to have their lockers in your establishment if you’re going to pull this type of behavior. 9:45 pm on a Friday night. Dude just shaking his head saying he won’t let me in.
