I order bacon burger for 2 time they is really no guacamole at all again. These burgers are the only way I can put on weight with health issues and the frozen strawberry lemonade was so tart and gross you could not drink in it. I have gone others carls but the hemet ones are the worst and employees give u attitude and it’s all run by Ai machines now even the price thru

I went through the drive-through. I hate giving my order to a computer, but the woman in the window read my order back to me and it was correct. I got home and I was missing an item and the wrong burger. I went back and they fixed the problem with a smile. They did a good job fixing the problem and being super friendly, appreciate it.

Absolutely disgusting! This place is filthy. Trash and debris everywhere inside and out. Smells terrible. Felt like I got a disease from just stepping into the restroom. Scary, creepy people hanging around inside and out.

So I dont like to leave reviews but the lack of response for any employee I had to stand there and wait for the workers to finish there conversation about non work related things before I was even acknowledged and when I was I was told I had to wait long for no reason other than they were talking and it was the manager her self ignoring me I was only acknowledged when a second customer came in 10/10/25 @9:30am this is the 4th day in a row this has happened won’t be coming here again

This has been our family favorite location to eat at for many many years. Not just because the quality has stayed true, but so has the service and friendly environment exhibited by the staff that knows us. I’m thankful for this Carls Jr because my son loves it and we’ve made simple yet precious memories here.
