Terrible customer service as soon as I walked in the door. I witnessed a customer yelling at the staff bc they made a mistake with his family order and guess what….it no other customers inside except me. They are lazy and too comfortable. They need a manger that demands more out of them. The place look clean but it’s just bc they don’t have many customers coming in. I asked for hot fries and they couldn’t even get that right. SMH

Store is supposed to be open 24 hours on Friday nights but they are closed with no explanation other than “we been close half an hour.” So no idea why they are doing false advertisements.

Today walking in to Carl’s Jr. I was the only one in the restaurant at the time to place my order. The young man that took my order was either still in his teens or barely out of it. He stood at the Cash register. Not no greetings nothing. Like most other places. His name was Jessie well that what was on his badge. I Place my order he didn’t ask.
I Gave him some bills and some change. He was as slow as a snail, Malasses, And whatever else you can think of as he pick the change from the table. It took a while for them to make my chicken tenders. As I watched him as he was barely moving. No smile, just hands to the side. Walking like a zombie. Well the kind back in the days . The only time he opened his mouth when he was giving my bag and ask me. Do you want barbecue sauce? Come on, Carl’s Jr. It’s too many people want jobs to put up with this kind of attitude. Laziness. The public take that kind of stuff as being ruined.
