Overall, it is a very good location. We have always liked Carls Jr. Online order wasn’t ready when we got there. But staff acknowledged me and let me know they were working on it. Their burger are very good. Always like the western bacon burgers. Their biscuits sandwiches for breakfast are also good as they make the biscuits fresh. The chocolate cake dessert is also really good. One of my favorite chocolate cakes.

My son and I have been coming here about once a week for the past few months, and it’s become his favorite spot. The staff is always super friendly, and the food has been consistently great no complaints at all. They even went the extra mile and cut my son’s burger in half since he currently has a cast. Little things like that really mean a lot. We’ll definitely keep coming back.

Over $40 for 3 little burgers that were supposed to be double cheeseburgers but are half the size of what they used to be. Carl’s Jr isn’t any better than McDonald’s anymore and it costs twice as much. I’m pretty irked that I wasted good money on this garbage, it wasn’t even filling and it was pretty gross, actually. Tasted stale and was super greasy, even by fast food standards. Won’t be going here ever again. It’s been a few years since I’ve been to any Carl’s Jr., and last time it was pricey but still a step up from cheaper places. That is no longer the case. Still too expensive, food no better or worse than the worst McDonald’s that cost half as much. And it took forever, you’d think the stuff would be fresh as slow as they are. I’m giving it two stars only because I try to reserve the 1-star reviews for life-threatening food poisoning or totally out of line employees. And nobody died and the employees were friendly, so 2 stars.

This is the best Carl’s jr location in the high desert are. The employees are great and the service is excellent. This place does get extremely busy during lunch time on the weekdays, so it may take a little longer to receive your order.

I waiting over 20 mins for my order and the order was wrong. The receipt shows not tomato,onion or lettuce at it had it all. I ordered a large coke the soda does not have and gas and is flat. The lady taking the order is rude.

In their defense I only ordered a sandwich and not my typical combo.
So, maybe that’s why I got this burger in this condition. It was just so flat and not what I’d expect from a new burger. I actually ordered a double but was charged for a single, which I didn’t realize until after I parked to eat.
I’ll just stick to my regular orders from now on and make sure to order a combo.

Carl’s junior has always been really good about their burgers the food is fresh the customer service is nice what’s really neat is they take all of their expired coupons unless there is something that’s not on the menu anymore however it is always very clean and it’s quick to get in-and-out and ride on the way home I definitely recommend their Santa Fe grilled chicken sandwich that’s always a hit and pretty healthy I usually get it let us wrap to cut out some carbs and not have so much bread their French fries are always fresh and I always drink water but their soda fountain machine looks very clean as well as their bathrooms never a disappointment
