Food is good as always. There crisp cut fries are amazing best thing. Only complaint is there was a hair in on of the burgers. Unfortunately that did effect the score a lot because the hair was pretty long. We will definitely keep eating there but do better.

I enjoy going to the Carl’s junior’s here because everything’s fresh but I do not appreciate when I get my card and it’s not right side up and it’s upside down showing my code. So for the person right now who handed my card upside down if I have any kind of money on my account is missing you will be held accountable. Now this goes for every food company you hand someone’s card right side up not upside down.

Check your receipt they will charge you the wrong amount every single time, the amount you see on the menu is not the amount you will pay. And when you bring it up they can’t do anything about it. They very rarely change the oil so whenever you get something fried here, it tastes terrible with little black bits of grease on your fries. And then the fries have this bad aftertaste of dirty oil. It looks like a place without a manager. The only saving grace in this place is that the burgers are pretty good I just wish I was charged the right amount every time. I think it’s ridiculous to pay almost $20 for a burger, fries and a drink.

Ordered the double cheeseburger. Opened the bun, and one of the patties looked as if it had been dropped, broke, and was placed on the bun like a very badly assembled jigsaw puzzle. Not even a whole pattie. Since I was already home, I did not want the hassle of driving back to exchange it. Very annoying.

We went last night 12/25/22. The place was PACKED, which normally you’d think the employees would be a bit stressed.. nope. The employee who took our order was very friendly and the food was served fast and fresh. 5 stars is not enough for the customer service and quality of food we were served last night. I hope the employees got good pay and a bonus for working Christmas night.

Cashier didn’t seem to understand what kind of burger I wanted but got close enough. Was inside ordering and saw another cashier reach over to the fries waiting to be bagged up and take a criscut(waffle fry) out of a container for a customer and eat it. The portioning is way too small to be taste testing someone’s fries like that not to mention how disgusting that is.
