Food is good as always. There crisp cut fries are amazing best thing. Only complaint is there was a hair in on of the burgers. Unfortunately that did effect the score a lot because the hair was pretty long. We will definitely keep eating there but do better.

Ordered a Big double cheeseburger combo and got a $2.00 value buger really mad right now. This is ridiculous!!!
It won’t let me out a Pic but I will show the manager 1 patty cheese 2 pickles and bun nothing else!!! Over 12.00 dollars and it was flat and small total ripoff!!! The young man was nice at the drive through window. But I don’t recommend and will never return with my family other than to show the manager what they’re serving

Order was prepared as requested on the app. Came into the store and sauces were handed to me unrefrigerated and out of a cardboard box. Ranch was bloated and sour, date on sauce was from 2022, 3yrs out of date

I went to Carl’s Jr on June 5th 2024 Naomi was the manager on shift and I was waiting in the Drive-Thru for approximately 12 minutes for a chocolate shake. When the car in front of me already got their food after the first 5 mins and it only took so long because the manager was gossiping with another employee in the car as she stated when I asked her why that took so long.
And when I got my shake it was mostly melted. also the cashier Nolan was very apprehensive when I asked who the manager was.

Ordered the double cheeseburger. Opened the bun, and one of the patties looked as if it had been dropped, broke, and was placed on the bun like a very badly assembled jigsaw puzzle. Not even a whole pattie. Since I was already home, I did not want the hassle of driving back to exchange it. Very annoying.
