Ordered a 5 piece chicken strips and they smelled like a bag of dirty socks. The smell immediately hit us when we opened them, there was no way we were eating them so we threw them out and were out the $9. Was trying to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe the box smelled weird but we put them on a plate and they still smelled rancid. Contacted customer service and never heard back.

We come here for their Beyond Famous Star burger, hold the cheese and hold the mayo, extra pickle and add mustard. We just use the drive through. Quick, friendly service. Be sure to ask for the senior discount, too! Our “burger joint” of choice.

Ok, I’m not a purist, I just know what I like. Carl’s Jr has one of the best milk shakes around. It’s cold, it’s usually thick, and chocolate -ey. It’s not foamy, which is a certain buzz-kill.

I love that the Philly cheese steak burger is back!! The only bummer is that the last time I got it from this location it was gross. Half of the steak part was all either fat or tendons ☹️ and the time before that there was almost no steak at all. Everything else about my experience there was pleasant though. They even have unseasoned beef patties for you doggo!

Always hit and miss from great to awful depending on time of day and management . Prime hours usually better most of the time . Senior citizen discount only single item’s and not for combo’s . I go to Windy’s more often as they give Senior discount on all items . Carl’s jr. and Wendy’s pretty much get the same review for Me . Not much difference other than the old person discount .

Worst carls Jr experience i have ever had in my entire life.This location was not only was the staff rude but they gave me old food that was smashed cold and half way gone and my shakes were melted i got food that looked as of someone already ordered the food and returned it after they drank some of the shake and then they sat there for awhile some of my fries were gone I ordered a meal at full price spent almost 30 dollars on two meals and two shakes because as we all know Carl’s Jr is overly priced.I took the food back and complained and they said if I wanted to get it replaced with a new meal then I would be charged again.i asked to speak to a manger.The employee said “he was the manager”. I proceeded to ask for the corporate number because he also said their was no general manager for that location and refused to provide the number to corporate I was yelled at and flipped off the employees use profanity langue and told me to not come back.It was very unprofessional and also has made me not want to go to a Carl’s Jr resruant again and I have kept my word to it.This store was also very messy and dirty the employees were all standing around talking no one was wearing a hair net and the place should of been followed up with osha or a public health agency due to the unsanitary,unhealthy,and also unsafe worth ethics they were using
