Went through the drive-thru to pick up food and ask for a side of Western sauce. This is what they gave me. I went back to the window to ask him about this and their excuse was they can only give one scoop because that’s how much they put on the burger. Lady how small is your freaking scoop? No other Carl’s Jr has done this to me. After I refused her offer for normal barbecue sauce because they’re completely different the lady just shuts the window on me and ignores me. God awful customer service do not give them your time or money.

Rarely find me posting a review on a fast food restaurant but this one was worth the effort. The comment is not about the food but the employee. Must be Makaylas first day or she was just born miserable. She was rude in so many ways. Her tone , her attitude and that was just in the drive thru. Get to the window and you see it was not just your imagination. Add her rolling of the eyes at the end to her cant be bothered attitude. She really needs to find another line of work.

Foods good. Only gave thus a 3 because of service (compared to other Carl’s Jr. I never give anywhere 5 stars because there’s always room for improvement. With that said, I’ve come here once at 4 in the morning (had to do stuff while I was on the Army Reserve), and I asked for breakfast, they said they didn’t serve breakfast til 5….lol. Then, I placed an online order just as I pulled into the parking lot. As I walked in, a couple guys just walked up to the counter to order. As I was standing by the counter, I saw them place a bag on the side instead where the mobile app could pick up. The guys there got their food and it wasn’t the bag they set aside. So I had to ask, since they never asked me if I needed help, sure enough, it was my bag. Those 2 reasons are why get a 3 instead of a 4.

Not from around here but probably wouldn’t return if I was. The staff was very monotone and straight faced. The food was subpar and messy. You actually need a quarter to use the bathroom which I couldn’t get to because my hands were so dirty from the messy messy food. Over prices for okay food. Nothing special.

Went through the drive thru after work today and she was seriously super sweet and professional. Food was quickly made (thanks to whoever was on the stove!) And I was in and out with a pleasant interaction.
Working retail too I know positives can be just as important as concerns- so thanks to the team tonight who helped make my after-shift dinner for the family easy and kind. 🙂

The best burgers for a food chain restaurant. They are all my favorites I like them all. Even the Chicken Club. This place closes too early but the drive thru stays open. Service is good and the minimum wage staff is as professional as they come. Excellent eating and getting fat experience always going back. The parking is always ample and the so is the restaurant’s dinning quarters.

I always have a great experience when I go here. The food is always fresh and the staff is friendly and helpful. Jasmine is always smiling and very polite. I can’t say enough good things about her, but I wish more people were like her. Thank you for being so courteous and quick with my orders.

Not the worst CARLS JR, BUT VERY EXICITING.
The homeless are rampant around this one. The food prices are ridiculously up charged at this location. I got a breakfast sandwich meal with French toast and spent 20$.
The homeless guy bathing in a puddle in the parking lot also agreed that that is too much for fast food.

Don’t ever go here and try to use the bathroom during the afternoon. I didn’t get his name but the “Mexican” guy was very rude and did not let me to use the bathroom but rather that I had pissed in my pants; I wasn’t hungry and wasn’t going to buy anything. I get breakfast here in the mornings, but because of this guy, they lost my business over a piss.
