I order two sandwiches avocado beacon double angus, one rap in lettuce and the other one double Angus regular. Even though it’s was wrong about two weeks ago, the manager was really nice and he said I’m writing your name to make it right the next time for you. Today I was around the area and decided to get my sandwich right. The manager she was not helpful or not even trying to help me, I explained what had happened showed her the pictures of my burgers that I received and she just said “we don’t have your name and that what normally what we do write down your name for any issues but we don’t have yours so theirs nothing I can do.

Was to to wait at least 5 min at the mic to order. Then they did not have much of what I wanted to order. Then I was made to wait for over 10 minutes at the drive through window even after paying with no explanation or even checking on me to assure my order is coming. Then I get home and half my order is wrong. This was very poor customer service and the fact my order was wrong adds insult to injury. I will not be returning to this location.

I keep giving this location chance after chance, and it never fails any sandwich is always smashed, even if it’s in the bag on top. I think they smash them on purpose. Below is the picture from their website of a spicey chicken sandwich and then they’s the one I got. Let’s just say a waste of money.

Carl’s Jr is one of my favorites of fast food burger joints but their new waffle chicken sandwich didn’t live up to their advertising. A bit small and the sandwich was ok at best. Granted, I’ve had some really good waffle sandwiches recently so I’m comparing to that experience. Nonetheless, this Carl’s Jr location offers good service and food. I would eat here again.

Hello I just ate there. I got a big Carl. The lettuce was microwaved and wilted. Please see image. Fresh vegetables would make a huge difference. Also there was a deep thumbprint in the bread bun. This isn’t the first time, I had hopes the quality would improve by now…

Tonight, I came here hungry, but was plenty mad when I got home! Its possible she misunderstood and thought I wanted the rings from the western burger on the side because of my request to hold the onion rings on the burger and asking for an order of onion rings, – but I sure as heck wouldn’t pay the full price of the burger and then pay full price for an order of rings…for two rings!!!
Attention: Store owners, managers, workers – it may be a common thing, but when a customer feels a need to check their order at the window, they are pretty much telling you one of two things; they either think you are incompetent or untrustworthy – in this case I believe it was both. So, be warned; if you’re ever in the CJ drive thru in Rancho SD and the line isn’t moving, that’s because I actually decided to give this store another try, but I am at the window, thoroughly going through my bag to make sure that I don’t get screwed over again…and I ain’t moving, until I’m done! Sorely disappointed – I only picked a star to post this…

This is by far the worst Carl’s Jr. We have ever been! We have had all sorts of problems and issues with the restaurant and it’s people, we keep coming because it’s on the way home but this time was the last time.. bad service, always very rude, my card is not accepted because it always ask for a PIN, we have been thrown out because they close the restaurant at a certain time and only accept TO GO orders, this time I had ready ordered my meal and never was told that they would close soon, I asked: Can we eat in the dinner? They responded: if you can finish your meal in 5 minutes you can… very rude!!! they charge for everything!!! I mean everything, I have been to other restaurants of the same food chain and its not normal!!! If you feel hungry and this is your las option.. Dont take it go somewhere where they do appreciate your business, you have KFC and Mickie D’s near by..enough with my rant!! Cheers
