Order taker was extremely polite and cheerful. They also went above and beyond resolving an issue and made sure we were satisfied with our experience. Great customer service. Also they have the best mozarella sticks. Crispy and stringy every time!

Food was wrong I ordered 2 chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches no tomato, light lettuce and extra cheese. Both had tomatos, both had lots of lettuce and only one had extra cheese BUT the two things I can say about the experience is the food was hot and fresh and idk her last name but the girl who took my order on 2/3/26 at 5:45 order number is AABLANGEAJB9 if this info helps find her her name is Ashley. She is absolutely super sweet and a amazing friendly girl. Maybe a discount next time or free sandwiches for the messed up food since I live in Slidell and didn’t see my food was wrong till I got all the way home and wasn’t driving 30 mins back and forth again

I’ve loved Arby’s sandwiches for years, Arby’s in Covington has convinced me to never eat at any Arby’s again. Take heed. Besides when I took the sandwich back, they said that I was lying about the dining room being open. The hours on the door said it was open until 9 and it was only 8:20. The girl in the drive-thru said they were having technical difficulty, but the next day they said that they were open. WTH.

Walked in an hour and half before closing to a very wet floor. And a mean look from the guy working. When IA sees to make sure they were still open he replied with the rudest “Yeah”so my family and I walked next door to the Rally’s the service was so much friendlier.
