Came in just now 08/02 to order but was waiting for a while and notice a worker who was most likely working on a repair and didn’t mention the workers in there that I was waiting and until I started speaking saying hello and when the cashier or manger came out I was like how I was waiting can I use the restroom first and then order she mentioned how she saw me come in and didn’t have me wait when I was waiting and make contact with another customer sitting there that I was waiting for a while and notice as well. So I didn’t appreciate to call a liar and most likely judge me because I had a black eye. So from there bad taste and the moment I walked in the restroom I thought clean but nope I see my ex on the floor so there I was like I’m not ordering from this joint who thinks it’s top notch when I see roaches for you to judge me that’s laughable. The food is good but the service at this location is horrific, they are always talking to someone else when taking an order and because of this they either for get something or put something that wasn’t supposed to be there on my burger. I just spent two minutes trying to order a burger and the woman in front just would not let me get a plain burger with just the mustard and ketchup, she just kept saying well that’s not plain. Eventually I got tired of trying to explain what I wanted and just walked away. Please do something about the service!
