1. Wayyyyyyy to slow. Avoid this place as you will wait hours before even getting an appetizer and it’s cold. The one time I complained we were met with aggressive responses about the server having to serve all of us. (Party of 6)
2. I gave them as second chance and it was the same thing. Asked for a diet drink got brought a normal one. I stopped coming to buffalo wild wings and tried to give them a chance but it’s the same thing at most of them. However this was the worst possible one I’ve been to. At the time of writing this I have been here over an hour and a half and yet to even have my drink refilled or food.
Super disappointed with this place. Ruined the celebration we were having

If this place has a manager he or she needs to be fired. Currently sitting 45 minutes waiting on draft beer. No manger on the floor no one to ask for help. Waiter is trying but useless. Stay away

I would give it 10 stars if I could. This is a normal spot for my husband and me, but this past time was even better! The waitress was kind and always came by to check. The food was some of the best I have had in ages. I’ll be back soon for sure!!!

We have eaten at this restaurant twice and both times was a bad experience for us. The first time we went in to eat, gave them our order and waited 30 minutes. We finally asked how much longer for our hamburgers and they admitted the order was lost. How do you lose an order? We are senior citizens and we eat out fairly regular. This has never happened at other restaurants. The second time, which was recently, the order came out to us pretty fast, but we got no silverware. We had to wait for the waitress to come back around to ask for silverware. Then the wings we ordered were so hard we couldn’t eat them! Totally overcooked. We will never go back there.

Jamie did an outstanding job! She was very attentive and made stellar suggestions. The food was surprisingly perfect. Cauliflower wings (suggestion) were great, hatch Chile burger was juicy and delicious. First time at BWW in a decade. Just got put on our list of favorites and will make it a point to return. GREAT JOB!!

Very slow to be seated, no one at the hostess desk. Waited 30 minutes to talk to someone, then once seated took about an hour and 15 minutes to get food. The Onion Ring appetizer had like 4 pieces on it which isn’t a lot considering its $9.99. Waitress was super kind and the issues were in no way her fault. Seems to be a management issue.

This location has really fell off. Filthy and the staff are terrible. Waitress took our order, brought our drinks, came back an hour later with our bill. Never brought our food or refilled drinks, no silver ware napkins or a check up. Seemed surprised we never got our food. The only reason we stayed as long as we did was because someone else brought our appetizer. No manager anywhere. Filed a complaint thru the app. Won’t be back
