Went thru the drive thru got a kids meal and large fries. The large fries looked small. Didn’t even fill up my 2 year old I got them for. I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the customer service I asked for ketchup and was denied. I gave 11.45 in payment my total was 11.44. I didn’t get my penny or my receipt. I asked the cashier why were the fries so low he giggled and said “that’s all you get!” I would always drive by this place and it always looked empty. Now I know the reason.

Ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich from the drive through window; after eating half the sandwich found out it was completely raw and uncooked in the middle. Not sure how a fast food restaurant can’t even figure out how to deep fry chicken, but there it is. The cashier said I had to come back in a couple of days for them to fix it because the manager doesn’t work weekends, which is just adding insult to injury.

I had a fantastic experience at Carl’s Jr. recently. Tony helped me out and was incredibly friendly and attentive. He went above and beyond to assist me and made sure I had everything I needed. The service was top-notch, and it made my visit so much better. Highly recommend this location for great food and even better customer service from Tony.

Clean, convenient multiple entrances into the parking lot for the drive through. Friendly staff. The drive thru is 24 hours and there usually is a small rush around midnight to 1am. Nice breakfast.

Half the time when I go through the drive thru, I will get a greeting and then they’ll never say anything again. Occasionally they’ll get my order, but why not respond? This happens no matter the time of day. Dining in is usually a much better experience.

The people here were great. My issue is that you can tell that whoever owns this location it’s penny pinching. They ran out of condiments, only a few soda flavors available and other things outside the control of the employees there. This used to be one of the best locations around, but not anymore. I’ll go back later on to see if it get better. Food was ok.

I have been coming to this location for over 25 years. Prices keep rising. Food quality keeps going down. The final straw for me was when I was dining in, a roach just casually strolls across the floor. Needlessly to say, I have not been back since.

We had double western bacon cheeseburgers, fries coke, chocolate shake and zucchini. All very good. I was very impressed because my son wants his double western bacon cheeseburger without cheese and they got the order correct.
