I ordered around 8:52, well my fiancé did and omgggg BRANDY IS AWESOME! Took our order which was the BYOB & let us know we can get as many as we want, luckily we aren’t big backs anymore because we would’ve gotten everything in their inventory! lol but for real, the entire crew that was on at the time that we ordered was wonderful and our food was made with the quickness so thank you cooks! Haven’t had Carl’s Jr in sooo many years so it was amazing to be treated with such kindness. Absolutely loved the energy and customer service that was given to us. I always receive the best service when I come to this Carl’s Jr. The employees are always so kind and even when I am confused about the rewards program (it happens) they don’t get frustrated with me and always go above and beyond. The store is consistently clean and the food is always fresh.

I always go there and get my famous stars the way I like them, without onions, pickles and cheese.
But recently it seems the new cook doesn’t seem to care to follow instructions. I’m very sure it wasn’t the ladies that take my orders because they know me, and I made sure to tell them that this couple of times they give me one the way I like it, and the other one with everything.
Today, I told the lady to make sure both are without pickles, onions and cheese, and again they gave me one with everything.

I sniffed Bacon coming out of Lowe’s so I headed over to the nearest place which turned out to be a Carl’s Jr. Ordered the Bacon Beast double Patty. Hit the spot although I took off one star because the patties were just not as tasty as In n’ Out burgers fresh never frozen patties. Might just be me.

The manager Ana is so rude and disrespectful her attitude towards me was not appropriate her staff was very helpful but because she was the manager staff was limited to speaking up and pointing out her mistake she charge me for 4 meals and only gave me 3 when I gave her the bag of food and receipt she try to say that people always complain about the same thing and she’s not going for it her staff check the receipt and counted out 4 orders she refused to return the difference and she started speaking in Spanish to worker telling them to go back to work or something because they walk away not saying a word more the gentleman behind me a customer also check my receipt out and seen I was charger for 4 she had a attitude and started mumbling and rolling her eyes then I just ask for a full refund back with the food that was in the bag return back and she started complaining saying really yes really you over charging me for a extra meal you refuse to give and refuse to refund the difference just the worst customer service ever never coming back to this location unprofessional and service is horrible

I ordered the chicken sandwich paid $10 for it and they gave me a little chicken nugget size chicken breast. Not worth it, chick fil a is better. Don’t order the chicken sandwich here you will be disappointed!

Unbelievable! I work for Carls Jr 8 years ago with the district manager side by side visiting every store checking our food quality and employees, but this is unacceptable everything was cold the pattie, looks dark and dry the bread was smashed and the onions rings look like; was cooked 5 hours ago and they just put the leftover this is really bad employees environment and for the price that people pay is a nightmare.
