This is my go to fast food place for over a decade now since it’s close to where I live. First time I got disappointed. Today is Sunday, November 1st and at around 5 pm, I went to the spot to buy myself some Dinner. As I approached the counter with a smile, I was met by a young Hispanic male, who was very rude from the get go. I didn’t catch his name because I wasn’t wearing my glasses, and the receipt showed a different name (he might’ve used a co-worker’s credentials). He spoke in a very rude and condescending manner. When I went to go grab my drink, the fountain soda machine was turned off, and it didn’t have any ice in it. When I kindly asked if he can fill my drink for me behind the counter (the one they use for drive thru customers), he just filled it with ice and gave me the cup back, telling me “you fix your own drink!”. Mind you, I was the only one he was serving (the place was dead on a Saturday afternoon, no customers in the drive thru, and there was a group of 4 elderly people seated). When I asked for my dipping sauce, he flung a packet of ranch at me as if we were playing catch. If I ever go there again and see that young man, I would rather have my meal elsewhere. Do better, Carl’s Jr. Carson!

Was charged nearly 20 bucks for a 10 dollar meal they have advertised on the window.
I litterally POINTED and they verified what I was asking for and when she read the total I asked why it was so much and she said it was the wrong one.

I hardly leave bad reviews but i feel like this needed to be said. I came through the drive thru around 8am for breakfast on Thursday… my waffle fries were served to me with 2 hairs in it & i ordered an Unsweetened Iced Tea, the tea tasted like MOLD or that it had been sitting for days without being cleaned out- It even smelt of something awful. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! I couldn’t go back since I had already left and was on my way to my next destination but I called about 6 times and the phone just rings and rings. My only other option is to state my experience on here. There are many many other flaws about this location. This place desperately needs new management or needs to be relocated to make room for other thriving businesses
