Late review but I was at this location on 2/20/26. I usually try to avoid fast food places because I’ve had bad experiences but my kids wanted to go so I said fine. I had a big order and Maria the manager was so pleasant. It truly surprised me! You can tell she loves her job and is happy to serve her customers. And the food was good too. Thank you Maria for serving us with joy.

Experience was horrible. I tried to use my points to get some food. Got something for my family. Maria De was most likely the person in charge very rude and asked alot of personal questions. Made me feel very uncomfortable. What is the point of saving points when i can’t even use it properly. If there were a limit on using points then it should be on the app. Nothing on the app saying there is a limit. Maria De called her district manager to complain. Brought her phone to me on speaker in front of other guests just to tell me I couldn’t use my points that I saved up. Only up to 2 items I can get. Not even a whole combo. At that I was only able to choose 3 items out of all my food. When I chose my 3 items she scolded me again telling me I next time I can only choose 2 items for using my points and that everyone knows what I look like. That she will be reporting me. I felt threaten. Because Maria thought she can do such things to me in front of other guests and customers. Not only that I didnt get my points back. I surely will not be going back to this place until they replace Maria De and that district manager.

If you have 30 minutes for lunch you better dedicate 29 minutes and 40 seconds because this is the slowest freaking Carl’s Junior I’ve ever been to got a hamburger plain no cheese very easy there was nobody in there no one in the Drive-Thru.
Weighted 10 + minutes and the burger has cheese. There’s literally no one in there.
$15 bucks for the combo. Freaking wild

I honestly don’t know why every time I come to this location they always want me to go park in the front because of their timer I’m tired of this shit. I don’t care about your timer just get me my order and I will be on my way. Update: yesterday 12-13-2025 I stopped by to get A meal and again they asked me to park in the front or back up and pull up again to trip their drive through counter that keeps track of how long A car is waiting… why idk to try to cheat of how quick their service is or something.. it’s annoying.

Very Disappointed. Came in for the furlough special to get a burger each(kids meal for a buck) for my wife and myself. Was told only one per order/visit, there was a flyer on the door, didn’t have any restrictions except federal, military and first responder. As if we haven’t gone through enough with a month with no income. Felt like the pizza commercial where they slice up a burger. Thanks

Ordered the original $6.00 burger for lunch today, the quality of this burger place wasn’t there. The taste was bland for some reason, looked like something was missing with this hamburger. Went today 6/30/21 for my lunch hour, I always order my fav which is the Chicken Club in a lettuce wrap. When I get to my destination to eat it and take a bite and it was not only not what I ordered but it was salty and dry, slopped with so much Mayo. I called to complain about the burger having too much salt and being bland. Someone answered and “didn’t hear me” so I hung up to call back and conveniently the line was busy and I called 5 times and the line was still “busy” simply horrible. I liked this place until today. So disappointed.
