I ordered a burger to enjoy it hot and fresh, but I ended up waiting 20 minutes in the store for food that was already ready. I understand the staff was busy, and this wasn’t intentional, but the waiting time felt like a waste. Other than that, everything was fine.

It’s nice and clean. Food was great, peaceful and quiet no issues except for the waiting time. There was only 3 guys of us in there that time we all waited was at least 25 minutes each!. I’m no genius, but I don’t think it takes 15-20 minutes to make a burger… Mind YOU!, we all coincidentally ordered the same burger combo… Go figure.

I went in to get some jalapeños, which I was craving, but the worst part was that the customer service was terrible. They wouldn’t let me use the bathroom to wash my hands. When I tried to order, everyone went back to chat. I think it’s really bad for business. !!!!!! And when I placed my order, it wasn’t ready after 5 minutes. When I asked, they started making it. I was lazy to cancel. I’d rather enjoy the same product at Jack on the Box.

IT’S SO SAD… This once upon a time decent Fast Food Restaurant. Charged me “$9.00” for what I was hoping for… to be a better than average Hamburger. Well, THE BIG CARL. Was no more than A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Bread, MEAT, Cheese, Lettuce and Mayonnaise. I repeat… $9.00‼️

First I’m thankful they were open at midnight. I was so hungry lol. In the movie Lethal Weapons one actor said always check your food in the drive thru and thankful I did because they gave me the wrong food. Alberto accepted the mishap and fixed my order. Now as for the food-it was fresh and hot. I am a big French fries person and they came fresh and hot . Thank you. I tried it and I will return. Drive thru moved quickly. Customer service 9 plus.

Spent over $50 on just 3 small combos. The drinks taste so watered down it’s ridiculous and half way full of ice. Soggy fries and Dry burgers too. ONE TINY SLICE OF LETTUCE??!!! THIS IS GETTING OUT OF HAND I know they can do better.
