It was my first time going to Carls Jr, and I’m totally disappointed, I ordered angus diablo and I only got a single one, like the simplest one, and I still was charged for the Angus, it’s a little pricey so i expected a good sized product but definitely not going ever again. (I realized it was the single one after the first bite and also already at home so I couldn’t make any changes)

I travel around the country for work, and have found Carl’s Jr to be a hit or miss across the country. This location is hands down the worst Carl’s Jr I’ve ever been too. Not only did they get my order wrong (of course I took it to go and didn’t notice until I got to my hotel which was a 5 minute drive), the burger was gross and fries was undercooked. Not sure what’s going on these days, but sure seems hard to find good places to eat.

Got a whole order and lady only trying to give 1 ranch. Charging extra for jalapenos. Acting like the sauce comes out her check. Bad customer service. On top of that, my food order was messed completely up, i ordered a double western and of course they didnt put no onion rings inside. Thats just bad. Order # 187242.

When I first arrived through the drive thru a man was taking my order and then a woman cut in while I was ordering. As I pulled up to the window she was extremely rude and kept walking away/cutting me short when I was trying to explain and make sure my food I ordered was customized. Since she kept walking away she didn’t hear me and I felt as if she was talking about me to her employees based off the aggressive energy she had towards me. I don’t know Spanish that well but I could hear some of the words she was saying. I assume she was the manager because she was the only one not wearing a work uniform and she took charge. When she did come back to the window and I told her that I didn’t want a specific thing on my burger she had an attitude. Towards the end when she finally gave me my food it seemed like she was trying to be nice because I didn’t acknowledge her rudeness towards me. I will not be coming back to this location based off the experience I had.

As with Carl’s Jr on Rosecrans near 405, this Carl’s only had 2 people working in it…sad. Despite that the chicken strips were delicious and wait for food was reasonable.

This is the first time have had a problem with the food being old. The criss cuts looked like they had been refried, and the burger was falling apart. I was really disappointed the drive thru cashier wasn’t the nicest either, btw I wasn’t rude I was super friendly but he didn’t smile. Just wasn’t my usual Carl’s Jr. experience.

Loved it my food was warm was done fast clara was at the window she was very helpful and nice she helped me with learning how to use my app since i didnt know what i had to show her to earn points she was very helpful nice and patient with me loved the customer service come to the carls jr totally recommend and they are open 24/7 also the fries were super fresh
