Was such a helpful respectful polite individual with very welcoming attitude and attention to detail .
He was very happy to serve me and had a humble yet eager to serve demeanor great atmosphere and clean environment.

I give the location a ten 10 star rating it was very clean in the restaurant ,and the food was quick fresh made to order ..

I went Carl’s Jr. With granddaughter, because she loves their food. I also prefer Carl’s Super Star over the other guys. It actually tastes like a real charbroil burger. Love the fact that our specially prepared order meals were prepared for us and the food was fresh .

Greeted in a timely manner. Once I was informed that my request was not available, it was not inquired if I would like something else by management. Therefore, I had to wait to interject my second request. A cookie, that cost almost $2.00, is very small.

38$ for 2 double famous stars with cheese. Wow. I could have made a better burger myself. In addition, Bernarda, the person who took my order didn’t want to scan my rewards. Then charged me and said, oh I charged you now I can’t scan your app. If I am paying that much for this subpar meal. Then at least give me the rewards points.
I won’t be coming here anymore, I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
You will get a better burger for cheaper from Vons.
