I love eating here! My husband loves their burgers, well and everything else. They offer a keto friendly grilled chicken sandwich which I really enjoy getting because not very many places offer keto or healthy choices. It’s one of the few places I can eat when getting fast food. I used to really enjoy eating the fried zucchini as well, when I was allowed to before my doctor prescribed diet. The service is always friendly and the bathrooms are usually pretty clean. We love that their hamburgers are messy, which is a plus; that’s why they made napkins! The only reason why I gave service a four star is because there are a lack of good employees in this town, it seems. Sometimes service is slow, but I know they are busting their butt and doing a great job the best they can.

This location used to be awesome. Now the lobby is almost never open. Went there tonight only to see that the doors were locked and for the employees to look at me like I was dumb. I went there a little before 7pm and the sign on the door said it was supposed to be open until 9:30 pm. I definitely will not be going back to this location if the staff are going to continue to be lazy.

Same taste, twice the wait! Staff just wasn’t thrilled to have customers, and the bathroom was out of order when I got there. I’m just going to go to Lotaburger from now on.

Okay, where do I start? We walked in about 12:25 pm. The place was empty, and that should have warned us. The tall stools were still upside down on the tables like they were about to close.
We ordered about $35 worth of food; 2 double famous star lettuce wrapped meals and 2 kids cheeseburger meals. The burger patties were burnt beyond recognition, leathery, and tasteless. Only 1 slice of cheese should have been 2. Where is the seasoning? The lettuce was in tiny pieces, unable to pick up and eat. Fries were cold.
It sounded like a television playing a documentary in the kitchen. It’s probably a documentary about lazy worker bees.

You want to have a cold cheeseburger this is the place. Carl you have ranked the worst burger in town . The fries was the only thing that was warm . Your servers can’t even get the order right. I should of took the food back and got my 22 dollars back . Don’t worry I will not be back.

Pulling up to the drive thru I did see an employee in a Carl’s Jr shirt go into their car and begin to see smoke arise from the car. I waited 10 minutes to attempt to get my order taken. Nobody arrived, so I ended up going to the window: nobody. So I pull up to the front and the door is locked. Employee unlocks door, and asks me if I was the one in drive thru line. I say yes, and he said that his manager was in his car. Not sure what that had to do with me or getting my order taken. Finally got my order, and they forgot to give me my other lettuce wrapped burger, AND the one I did get was smothered in mayonnaise. Waste of my lunch time and money. Thanks Carls jr.

Drove up at 745pm lobby was closed and all the employees were in the back smoking weed.. However they did let us know that only the drive way is Open. We passed up the wonderful opportunity to eat here and went somewhere else.
