We ordered through the drive thru and people including us told to pull ahead. Slow service and we actually went inside to grab our food as it was just sitting there. We had asked for salsa and she said it was in there and it wasn’t so have to double check.
The loaded breakfast burrito was delicious though.

Once again, the high standards and expectations of a most enjoyable meal at Carl’s Jr. were again met! However, today’s visit was even more enhanced, and enjoyed, by the two ladies operating the “front desk” with their courtesy and pleasant personality; thanks for a most enjoyable meal!

The other day I came in, all the workers were working hard, and the girls looked like sweethearts. I cannot tell if the old lady with grey hair is the manager, but she is rude to her workers! I waited for my food and she is bossing them around and stopping them from doing their job, and poor girl looked like she was tired of it. There was a ton of people waiting for their food including me, and the workers were on spot. If thats management, do better! That is no way to treat your employees!! I have been in the fast food industry and I have never seen anything like this, manager to manager, respect your employees!! Let them do their job, micromanaging only wastes time!!!

not only is this eliminating jobs, it’s very frustrating when you have questions or requests they can’t answer. across the street is Habit Grill if anyone is interested, they have real people taking your order … and very good food

My visit to Carl’s Jr. was nothing short of fantastic, but what really made it stand out was the incredible customer service. I didn’t think it was possible to meet someone more positive than me, but I did! The person who assisted me was absolutely brimming with energy and kindness, making my day that much better.
Food:
Classic Carl’s Jr. quality—fresh, hot, and just the right amount of satisfaction. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were crisp and delicious. It’s always a reliable choice when you want a solid, tasty meal.
Service:
This is where they truly shine. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, but the positive energy from the person who helped me was on another level. I never thought I’d find someone more upbeat than me, but it happened here! I left the restaurant in a better mood than I arrived, and that’s saying something.
Atmosphere:
Clean, comfortable, and a little nostalgic with the vintage menu displays and cozy booths. It’s got a classic diner feel, and I enjoyed sitting down and taking it all in.

Went to have lunch at this location and the staff was fast, you could tell they were motivated to get customers orders out in a timely manner despite the rush of people. Connie was apologetic even for the short wait times! The environment was clean and just overall a good experience. Thank you for the good customer service that does still exist!

I used to dread coming here due to high wait times or receiving the wrong food. But they have recently gotten some new faces in there and the experience has been nothing but amazing. My food has always been on time, made right, and hot the last few times I’ve been there. Highly recommend giving this place a second chance if you’ve had poor experiences in the past like I have!

horrible service lol. waited 5 minutes. i work fast food so i know they may be busy in the back so i decided to wait more. multiple employees walked past and saw me (they weren’t bagging orders, one was scooping fries only). 5 more minutes and nobody takes my order. as i walk out i hear the drive thru chime and someone immediately taking the order?

There was a loud mouth high school kid working there that thought he was gods gift to man, and was letting the other employees know. Quite rude I felt to the other employees. I said something about it to him and he basically said he didn’t care. There was also a bit of a verbal altercation in the restaurant that the employees should have intervened in, at least to say take it outside or they would call the police. They did nothing when the one person threaten violence against another customer. Several customers ended up intervening which could have escalated into an unfortunate event where someone was definitely likely to get hurt.

What an amazing dine-in experience! From the moment we walked in, we were met with wonderful greetings from the employees. I had the pleasure of meeting Zane who is an outstanding man who treated my family and I so kindly. He’s one of those guys who goes above and beyond and I wanted to make sure he was recognized for being so great. The tables were clean and the food was so good. Thank you Zane for making this location our new fav!
