It is extremely disappointing to purchase a meal expecting it to meet the advertised criteria, only to find that your burger is excessively soggy and unappetizing to eat. I consumed a few bites due to hunger, but it is clear that the individual who prepared these meals lacks a sense of customer service. I highly doubt that they would consume something of this nature.

I stopped into Walmart on St. art. 69 to pick up groceries and I was starving and in a huge rush, so I stopped into Carl’s Jr. Jasmine took my order and saw that I was anxious about time, so she assured me that they would work hard to complete my order as quickly as possible. She was kind. Friendly and caring. I also want to thank the gentleman that made my food! Wayne heard me say I was in a hurry, and he jumped right on it. He made it fast but he also made it so well. Thanks to your crew for treating me so well!

This location is slow and tend to mess up orders frequently, but have friendly service.
I’ve gone here a handful of times since I’ve moved to Prescott and each time I’ve ordered from this location my order was either messed up (tenders instead of fries, one patty instead of two, forgetting to hand me a cup before walking away for 5 minutes to prepare a meal), or I’ve waited for 20 minutes before they realized they forgot my order (somehow) for one El Diablo meal. Additionally, in the past when I’ve gone here I’ve heard other customers complain about long waits, incorrect orders, or have had to receive their order then correct the workers on what their order actually was. The workers are friendly, and try to make it up by upgrading a fry to a large or adding a cookie or something, but the atmosphere is poor and the number of times they’ve messed up my order in the maybe 7 times I’ve been here is unacceptable. To give them some grace, they might be understaffed or have some sort of technical issue that I don’t know about which is causing all these issues.

This location is unprofessional as he’ll i came in on tuesday January 6th 2026 and the woman who was taking orders is just sitting on her phone with her boyfriend or husband or something and the cook ( who looks like a nice kid) had to go and grab her fromTHE LOBBY after I was standing there for at least 5 minutes, with Noone helping me (because its her job) then when she finally does come she is still on the phone with her boyfriend and I have to repeat my order ( of only 2 sandwiches) at least 3 different times because she was talking on the phone and taking my order completely unprofessional she needs to be fired NO QUESTION

My drink had pieces of soggy bread and random black pieces of plastic in it. The worker name was ricky. Had to get the drink remade. Worker also kept giving me dirty looks, made me feel unsafe.

Carl’s used to be my favorite burger fast food, but this location has changed my mind. Service is super slow, atmosphere is boring)just bare walls) and burgers are tasteless, almost like they are soaked in water.

Came to this brand new location while shopping at Walmart.
Ita clean, fast, friendly and the food is fresh and delicious.
We where helped by David and the cook, they where knowledgeable in the menu and specials and helped up pick out exactly what to order.

The cashier Kyleigh was courteous and had a smile on her face. It’s nice to see someone behind the counter that’s knowledgeable and friendly. The cook R.J. did an excellent job on my grilled chicken sandwich. I’ve never had a bad meal at this Carl Jr. store. I’ve eaten here 4 times in the past 2 months and will continue to do so. As a disabled vet. with low income I have to budget my money but I don’t mind going over my budget here, especially how good the food and service is. Keep up the excellent work.
