We decided to take our kids to Carl’s Jr instead of McDonald’s last night and we where so disappointed, their playground was nasty dirty with trash all over the floor and sticky from soda spills.
We ordered 2 Santa Fe chicken sandwiches one was ok but the other one the patty was dark and stiff and tasted like it sat for a while in their warmer.

Usually I like to order food through an app because it’s ready by the time I get there. Well, this was not the case. I placed my order and it was supposed to be ready in 10min. I arrived to pick it up and they hadn’t even started preparing my order until I arrived. 30min later, my food was finally ready. This defeats the purpose of even using the app to order.

I regularly visit this location via their drive thru and always have a wonderful experience. The young lady at the window is typically the same one (muchachita con pelo rojo) and she has a warm smile and kind voice. This is my favorite Carl’s Jr! The food is always delicious, I’m always in and out quickly and overall just receive great customer service. Keep up the great work San Luis team!

Very nice place to eat great hamburgers delicious I just want my points but they don’t care if about helping they didn’t send me my correct amount of points so I can enjoy my delicious meal but they don’t want me to sign in to see my points! So I’ll stop spending money at that restaurant I’ll go to McDonald’s better and very delicious food!
