Friendly service. Haven’t been to a fast food joint in awhile, prices have gone up! We needed a quick meal after a long drive, so this hit the spot. The double cheeseburger all star burger was great. I had a double burger lettuce wrap. My party enjoyed the milkshakes (if you come during “happy hour” shakes are $2 cheaper). The spicy chicken sandwich was likely worst item, though still fine.

I’m usually not one to complain at a fast food because I’ve worked at one but MAAAAAN! Throw this whole establishment away. We’ve stopped a few times and there’s been times where no one tries to take our order in the drive thru, when the location is clearly open and there’s employees in there. If you’re “lucky” enough to get your order taken, they take forever. After months of not going, today, I placed a mobile order, I ordered a meal was $13 & the second we open the burger, the meat is missing???? Like????? I called to let them know and the employee couldn’t care less. This place has gone down hill quickly!

Went here for a pregnancy craving to get my favorite, Western Bacon Burger. Got home, no pattie. Repeated our order twice, still got it wrong at the window and then on top of that also recieved the wrong drink after specifically saying what kind when ordering and re ordering at the window. The manager is incredible here. When I tried to use a coupon from my phone she just said oh I have a better one here for you, and then even stacked another one on for us as well! The food all tasted great, I can’t believe I didn’t grow up eating Carls Jr. The food did come out a little slowly, but after just a couple minutes of waiting the manager came out again and explained that she just hired this new team and they are a little slow but doing the best they can, then offered us free shakes for our wait. She was so pleasant and professional. We will be coming back more often for sure!
We just came back 9/25/23 and still great service. The food came out a little slow but I could tell it had all been freshly prepared and was delicious. The service was wonderful.

Went here for my first time about a week ago. They forgot a small part of my order and I went back to the counter and stood there for about 5 minutes until an employee could help me. I was the only one there. Today I went there and I ordered a burger that happened to have mayo on it, and I asked for it without mayo. I get my burger and its absolutely drenched in mayo AND ketchup. Not sure where the ketchup even came from, as its not a part of the burger I ordered. I understand now why this place is so empty all the time. I likely will not be coming back to Carl’s Jr.

As one who isn’t much of a connosuar of the fast food dining world, I found myself one night craving a meal that would be fast but fulfilling. The convenience and speediness displayed at this location was pleasing, as was the food. Precise in my order and quick to boot with hot fries delivered with a smile. The cleanliness as well was as inviting as any well trained establishment. Tables clear of any left over food or mess, floor swept and moped that should be met with envy on how well it was kept.
This customer left happy with a satiated hunger brought on by those hard workers behind the counter and I would visit again and give a recommendation.

Went there tonight and got there pretty late, however the food was really fresh and was hot. Thank you so much for feeding me delicious food at an inconvenient time. Credits to the chef. Will definitely be back.

Tables were not wiped off, seats were dirty, soda was warm unless you had ice in it (which I don’t like because it waters it down). We originally were planning on eating in the kids area so the boys could play. It was cold, the floor was sticky, none of the tables were clean, and the play area looked like a kid threw up in it and it dried….. SERIOUSLY?! Who wants their kids to play on something like that?? I’d rather take them to a public park, and it’s RAINING outside!
An employee was eating fries behind the counter where everyone could see, didn’t wash her hands, and went right back to fixing food for the drive through. The fact she put gloves on before fixing the food is very little comfort having worked in food service myself. And there was a total of 3 employees working the lunch shift and only one spoke English.
Definitely NOT coming back. Don’t recommend to anyone.

Absolutely terrible experience the last 2 times I’ve been there. This last time was over the top. Usually when you ask for lettuce wrap they use big lettuce, not the shredded. So that should have been stated. The burger was cold and the fries were cold. They tasted old. Like hours old. The teenagers that were there when the food was brought back rolled their eyes and didn’t even offer to redo the order. Absolutely gone down hill since they hired some of the people on nights. Not going back to this one. North logan is 100x better

They are always always always so slow! So I thought maybe download the app and pre order and wait until the pickup time before I even show up… NEARLY 25 MINUTES! From the time I ordered to receiving food, with only two cars in the drive through ahead of me! And I still had to wait at the window for 3 minutes before someone even acknowledged me!!! WHAT ARE THEY DOING IN THERE? WHO IS EVEN TRAINED? Like the food, hate the service!
