This Carls Jr location is great! The manager was exceptionally kind and helpful, walking the food we ordered to our table, EVERY-TIME! Loved how quiet it was and how kind and helpful the staff were, the food was also delicious! Worth every penny!

Dined in today, I didn’t want a drink with my combo. After purchasing, the manager, Norma, of this location told me it is cheaper to get it in a combo, she told me this after paying. I asked her if we could reverse it, so I could get a drink and pay less and she told me no, it wasn’t possible because I already paid.
Very disappointed in the customer service I received.
If you aren’t going to let a customer know about a price savings before paying, don’t bother to tell them at all, because I don’t want to come back now knowing I am going to get jacked on combo vs non combo pricing.
Photo shows a co-worker who got the same thing I did in a combo with a drink and paid $1 less than I did.
Then when she brings the food to my table she says “that is why we always offer the combos”
Well, had you offered the combo I would have known about it, you didnt offer it.
Heck you could have offered me the drink still and kept the extra buck and I would have been fine with that.

Best Carl’s Jr. in Utah! I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s better than ever. Service is fast and friendly. Food is delicious and consistently prepared. Tables and floors are always cleaner than any other fast food place. Even has fun decorations for the holidays. Kudos to Norma, their helpful manager with the great smile. This is how more places should be run!

Ordered two (2) packs of cookies and only got one. Sorry, I just get really tired of all the times fast food forgets to get everything in the bag. We’ve got stuff to do and places to go. We can’t double back to fix your mistakes. If I’m forced to check the bag every single time I go through the drive thru I’ll probably just decide not to go anymore.
Ok… There’s my complaint. Now the praise. Love the Wednesday Western Bacon Cheeseburger deal!!! I haven’t been going to Carl’s because it seemed like the WBC deals had gone for good, not nope! Thanks guys. Just don’t forget my cookies next time.

I don’t go to Carl’s Jr. often, but when I do this is the location I choose. The staff here are always friendly and quick to serve. The food is cooked to perfection.
My personal favorites here are the Guacamole Bacon Burger and the Charbroiled Chicken Club.
The restaurant is clean. The kids enjoy the play area, the food is great, the staff are friendly. What more could you want out of a fast food place?
My only concern is how out of hand the fast food prices have become, but that’s not exactly a reflection on this location or even just this restaurant so I don’t really take that into my rating here.

Norma did an amazing job, helped me choose out the items that best suited me. The food came out fast and fresh! For a morning rush on the weekend I think Norma and her crew did an amazing job at making my breakfast seem quick and seamless, didn’t have to wait super long and got my food, what more could you ask for from fast food and better yet it was absolutely Delicious! If you’re looking for a great experience definitely visit this Carls Jr!

This Carl’s Jr. location exceeded expectations with its inviting atmosphere and prompt service. The food was not only delicious but also prepared with attention to detail. The cleanliness and overall ambiance contributed to a positive dining experience. Highly recommend for a satisfying meal. In general that was a really great costumer experience and my food taste fresh and awesome.
