We always sit at a table in the bar area and always have great friendly servers. Such a good clean fun place. Tons of tvs on different channels will change to whatever also. Food is well priced. I love the sirloin, medium is perfect for me. Very tender and great flavor but I could go on and on about the food. The blonde dessert is a must try also. Ribs, chips, chicken…

Me, my girlfriend and a friend of mine went there Saturday night after he bragged about the Brandon location. We went in sat down. So I asked the lady bartender if she could make us a Grand old fashion. I told her the way I would like for her to make it, she said no problem. When the drinks finally made them to the table. I knew just by looking at the glass it wasn’t made the way I wanted it made. When we told the waiter the drinks weren’t made the way the bartender said she didn’t have time to come back to our table. But she had plenty of time talking to coworkers, talking to customers which is fine. So if you are looking to get a specialty drink made don’t go there!

Our server Alexis was the absolute best! We came in for dinner with 2 toddlers. She was very attentive and made sure that every part of our meal was taken care of. 10/10 would come back and make sure to sit in her section.

First time visiting this Applebee’s, happened to be in the area. Now I’ll always want it when in this area. Got the ‘garlic skillet’, which was a nice, garlicky 6-ounce sirloin steak. It was delicious and so were the mashed that came with it.
Also ate the pretzel sticks. Partner got a burger and mozzarella sticks, both were great / as described.
Service was great.
Restroom was clean enough.

Our waiter was very friendly, the service was perfect, but the place was very cold and there was no broccoli, anyway… what was very uncomfortable was that the air was too cold and all we wanted was to finish eating quickly and leave.

Sometimes you just need a little Applebee’s in your life. But, it seems with any location you go to there are the same issues: the food is either fantastic or less than stellar, the service is always hit or miss, and you’ll wait for your food but see servers on their phones and having conversations with each other. Meanwhile, our drinks are empty and the cheese sticks were cooked so long they actually did not have any cheese in them. I used to go for the Oriental chicken wrap, but that’s no longer an option. Speaking of options, we are debating if we would go back to this particular location or not.
I also understand prices going up in today’s economy, which means the service should be stellar, drinks should not run out, and my food should come out piping hot instead of sitting under the warmer because you were too busy cackling with the rest of the staff to notice the food was up.

First time back since their redo, it looks great!!! Rob and I went there tonight around 5ish pm. Yes we’re seniors. Lol. Curtis was our server and he aimed to please. He checked on us often. The food was very good as always. Curtis made our time an event. Kudos to the Host who sat us and Curtis, our server and Sara, the Manager, who’s great and we’ve known for many years. Applebees, Southside is our place. 10 stars if I could.

The Applebee’s in GR MI closed down several years ago, after eating here last night I understand why. Used to be a great place to eat. Food was good, portions were terrible. Asked several times for additional dressing, nothing. Back to Logans. I don’t mind paying 30 bucks to eat somewhere, but should at least be bigger than a kids meal.

Very disappointed. I had my wife and I. I had the linguine with chicken parmesan. The linguine was old and the sauce tasted metallic. The tomato sauce on top of the chicken parm was more like tomato paste with Italian seasoning. Just thrown on top of it. There was only two waitresses and one of them was the bartender it took while to get service. Very disappointed.
